Time and time again I get requests for Jessica Biel's workout. I don't blame you for wanting to know what she does, the girl is ripped. I have also noticed, time and time again, that we are always seeing Jessica out walking her dogs.

Lately she's been spending most of her days with JT, but it looks like she's still getting some time for herself. We're sure that also includes trips to the gym in addition to lunches to keep up her status as the fittest female celebrity of 2008.
