Move over Kristen Stewart! Barbie is the latest impersonator to pay homage to rock and roll icon Joan Jett.

Regular Barbie - and those anatomically-impossible small feet she jams into high heels - must be jealous that Mattel's new Joan Jett Barbie gets to sport some rad red Converse. If Joan Jett isn't your thing, you can also pick up the Cyndi Lauper doll, the Debbie Harry doll, or the Barbara Streisand doll. They're all part of Mattel's new "Ladies of the '80s" collection, which ensures that grown women may once again unwrap a Barbie this holiday season.

Are you digging these dolls or does the fact that they're Barbies diminish the girl power cred?

Robert, Kristen, and the New Moon Cast Pause to Party

Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner were together for last night's special NYC screening of New Moon along with their many costars. It looks like they split up for the afterparty, though, with Robert and Kristen spotted afterward looking far more casual on their way out of a lounge in the city's Meatpacking District. The official afterparty was held in a different neighborhood at The Box, where Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr were spotted making a hasty retreat in the rain. Ashley Greene, Nikki Reed, and Peter Facinelli were also there to party with a select group, and he even stopped to pose with fans on the way out. Elizabeth Reaser and Taylor had to rest up for an appearance this morning; he headed to The Today Show, so check his interview out after the jump.

New Moon in NYC Brings Brits Out to the Twilight Zone

It's the big day!! How many of you saw New Moon at a midnight showing or have plans to see it this weekend? Well, some lucky New Yorkers saw the movie last night, as all the stars showed up for the NYC premiere of the film. Robert carried on his hectic promotional schedule, as did Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, Nikki Reed, Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz - they must all be exhausted! Rob wasn't the only Brit at the premiere as he was joined by Alexa Chung, Agyness Deyn and Ed Westwick, who attended alongside girlfriend Jessica Szohr and their vamped up Gossip Girl costar Taylor Momsen. Kristen and Dakota Have Joan on Their Side

Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning picked up food and drinks yesterday on the LA set of The Runaways. They were joined by Joan Jett, who's been a constant presence behind the scenes to help Kristen develop her character. It's not all peace and love backstage, as another of the band's founding members, Lita Ford, wants nothing to do with the project. She's mad producers offered her only $1,000 for the rights to her life story, but her role has already been cast and her refusal to participate isn't slowing down production on Kristen and Dakota's film.

Kristen Stewart hung out with Joan Jett again on the set of The Runaways in LA yesterday. It's no big surprise that the pregnancy rumors going around about Kristen are apparently completely untrue but seeing her familiarly tiny frame is further proof. There are also headlines that her supposed romantic relationship with Rob is on the rocks but we'll see what happens once they're reunited after filming their new projects and get to work on Eclipse.

Kristen Stewart Goes Hell For Leather As Joan Jett

First Kristen Stewart dyed her hair black to take on the role of Joan Jett, then she had it cut into a mullet style, and earlier this week she stepped out on set as Joan as filming started for The Runaways. Wearing a leather motorcycle jacket and trousers, she ran up the street in the blazing California sunshine - hot work! She also wore a Niagara Falls t-shirt and some flared stonewashed denim jeans while shooting another scene, the costumes in this movie are going to be great to see onscreen. I wonder what she thinks of her Twilight costar Robert Pattinson winning his Sexiest Man on the Planet title!
