Nov 27 2009 - 9:00am John Mayer performed in Toronto on Tuesday night before twittering he was taking a break from the stage for the holiday. He has something big to be thankful for since Battle Studies reached number one on the Billboard 200. John managed to find new ways to talk about his sex life and dating history while he's been out promoting the album, but according to him the music is what matters, and it seems the fans agree.

for your music, it isn't necessary for you to keep trying to
hard for you. You bring on most of it yourself. If you
don't want the attention, quit talking about it all the
time.
I agree with you too biarose, he's one UGLY motherfuc#er! He's an adroit musician and songwriter, but isn't nearly as talented or good looking as he thinks he is. To me, he epitomizes
somebody who suffers from delusions of grandeur.
Don't believe the hype John, you're definitely NOT all that! Your tatoos are hideous to boot!
i think the album takes a few listens to get into. continuum was such a great album, i thought he'd continue the bluesy feel. but congrats to john. he sounds and looks great!!
