Justin Timberlake Sneaks Sleeping With Britney and Moms Into SNL

Last night Justin Timberlake hosted SNL, which brought the funny big time. One of the best sketches was "Immigrant Tale" about a boat full of people headed to start a new life in America. JT plays his great great grandfather who dreams about his great great grandson traveling with a "band of boys" and "bringing sexy back". He also references dating a "pop star" and being virgins in the public, but not so much behind closed doors. The skit led right into the "D*ick in a Box" follow-up digital short "Mother Lovers". While Paul Rudd hosted SNL this weekend, Justin Timberlake almost stole the show with his two hilarious appearances - check out his no pants dance moves after the jump. For the after party, the cast and friends headed to Dos Caminos to celebrate a successful show at the end of a long week of rehearsals. Jennifer Aniston joined in the fun, perhaps JT invited Mr. Mayer when they were chatting it up earlier in the week. Justin should be getting used to late nights in the city that never sleeps as he and Jessica are supposedly moving into a new $5.5 million condo soon. That lawsuit filed by a former worker at Southern Hospitality must not be too much skin off his back.

Justin's New Gig

JT was supposedly not so into American Idol a few months ago, but has now signed up to be involved with a contest kinda like AI. My Grammy Idol is a new talent competition sponsored by the Recording Academy and they're searching for hidden talent. Some very lucky contestants will even get to rehearse with JT the week before the Grammys. JT is very excited to find the next big superstar. Here's more:

Singers must submit through Yahoo! Music a 60-second video of an a cappella version of one of the following ditties by Jan. 3: Alicia Keys' "If I Ain't Got You," Faith Hill's "Breathe," Tina Turner's "What's Love Got to Do with It," Whitney Houston's "I Wanna Dance with Somebody," Mariah Carey's "Vision of Love," Aretha Franklin's "Respect," and, for the fellas, "Luther Vandross' "Dance with My Father" or Timberlake's own "Cry Me a River."

The entrants will be judged by a blue-ribbon committee comprised of singers, songwriters, producers and other industry VIPs. A dozen will be named Jan. 8, at which point the masses will be able to view the submissions and further vet the wannabe pop stars down to five, then three finalists. At which point they're virtually all winners-the final three contestants will all be allowed to rehearse with Timberlake in the week leading up to the 49th Annual Grammy Awards on Feb. 11.

"I'm happy to participate in this unique approach to discovering unsigned talent, but I'm only a piece of the puzzle," the FutureSex/LoveSounds singer said. "All of you contestants out there should look at this as more than just a chance to duet with me, because it's really an opportunity to begin your career as a superstar. And I'll be there to help coach you along."

Do, Dump, or Marry? Andy Samberg

I love a man who can make me laugh, and SNL's Andy Samberg sure is funny. The Dick in the Box sketch he did with Justin Timberlake won him an Emmy, but I must admit that I preferred his charm in his "I'm on a Boat" music video featuring T-Pain. I also thought that Andy's role as Paul Rudd's gay brother was a bright spot in the movie I Love You Man. Does this comedian make you want to say, "I love you Andy?"

Jessica Biel took a walk with Justin in NYC yesterday, wearing the same scarf JT sported on Friday. The couple has been settling into their new apartment and city and even made a special appearance on Saturday Night Live this weekend. JT's becoming a regular SNL guest star lately, but it's refreshing to see that he can share the spotlight with Jessica as well.

Justin Loves Jessica & Her Dogs, Maybe Not Robert Pattinson

Justin Timberlake showed what a great boyfriend he can be by walking one of Jessica Biel's dogs in LA yesterday. He's been spending time with Jess and their friends recently, but he also fielded questions from fans on Twitter - when asked why he's not as sexy as Robert Pattinson, Justin wrote, "Because God loved him more than me." There's enough room in Hollywood for both Justin and Robert, and JT can have sense of humor about the new kid in town, especially now that Justin has once again been nominated for an Emmy for SNL.

Jessica Has Nothing But Love For Justin's SNL Jokes

Jessica Biel hit the red carpet at a screening of Easy Virtue in NYC last night. Earlier in the day, Justin Timberlake enjoyed a little down time at a driving range in Manhattan. Both Jessica and Justin made appearances on SNL over the weekend, but it was his performance that has people talking. Jessica had nothing but glowing feelings about his show, saying to Extra, "I think he killed. I think he just killed it. So good…[Also] I loved the short, the digital short. And I loved the immigrant sketch." Sounds like Jessica agrees with most of you that there's nothing to be offended about from JT's Britney comment or the rest of his funny appearance on the show.
