Kate, Oliver, and Kurt Spend Family Time With Some Yankees

Kate Hudson brought Kurt Russell as well as her brothers Wyatt and hot Oliver to the ballpark in Anaheim last night as they cheered on the NY Yankees in game five of the ALCS. Kate's good luck took a day off and A-Rod's team couldn't gain quite enough momentum to win its ticket to the World Series yet. The Yankees still lead the series 3-2 as the teams pack up and head back to NYC for game six and much chillier temperatures tomorrow.

Kate Hudson was back with the other wives and girlfriends of Yankees players yesterday as she arrived at a hotel in Seattle in a hat and blazer. She stepped out later in plaid to see her guy Alex Rodriguez and his team take on the Mariners. The Yankees ended up losing, but Alex and Kate have ways of picking themselves up - the hot and heavy couple was apparently spotted all over town engaging in a little PDA.

The recently revealed (and depressing) secret code of sports mistresses reminded me that there are some women who will do anything to spend some time with a man who happens to be really, really good at sports. The rules for women who get involved with professional athletes include: never, ever, fall in love, always get gifts paid for upfront, and don't expect them to be faithful.

Of course there are some women who have the hots for athletes, without diving into the sordid world of groupie-dom. A friend in college dated multiple guys on the soccer team and a former roommate had a huge crush on baseball great Alex Rodriguez. (Apparently, she's not alone; Madonna and Kate Hudson, anyone?). Do athletes turn you on?

The Costume Gala Delivers the Glitz and Glamour!

The Met's Costume Institute Gala did not disappoint last night in NYC, bringing us one of the most star-studded red carpets of the year. The theme was "Model as Muse," which apparently brought out some interesting fashion choices. Kate Moss and Marc Jacobs were two of the hosts and had all eyes on them when they arrived first and her outfit included a turban. Justin Timberlake was also the man of the evening with Jessica Biel on his arm.

Rihanna switched it up for her first red carpet appearance in months and still looked sexy in her dramatic menswear. Josh Jackson and Diane Kruger can do no wrong in our eyes so it was not a surprise that they're perfectly put together. Something must have gotten into the Gossip Girl ladies because they both went with bold choices - Blake slicked down her hair and showed off a long sexy slit while Leighton might have landed herself on a few worst dressed lists.

In case you missed it, Gisele Bundchen accessorized her hot dress with her new big diamond ring and hot husband. Plus I have to give a shout out to the Olsens who looked totally different but both great. Love Ashley's sexy open back dress. Kendra Wilkinson's "Sports Poles": Cool or Not?

Is the stripper workout here to stay? Former girl next door Kendra Wilkinson is banking on it. Hugh Hefner's sporty ex-girlfriend has created a proprietary line of stripping equipment that she's calling "sports poles." She's expressed her excitement for the product on her personal website:

As you know, I'm an outdoors girl, so it's hard to find fun ways to exercise in my house that keep me from getting bored. I'm like a little monkey and love to swing around on things - haha - so that's why I decided to create my own line of sports poles, which will be coming out soon!!!!!

Kendra assures apprehensive sports pole users that it's easier than it looks and added, "I can definitely see people like Cameron Diaz, Kate Hudson and Scarlett Johansson loving my sports pole, not to mention that they would look soooooooo HOT doing it!"

The platinum, self-proclaimed "little monkey" thinks her pole is a fun (and sexy) way to work out. What do you think of the name of her product and the idea behind it - cool or not?

Round three of the PopSugar 100 kicked off today, and the top 32 are already in the midst of some heated battles. As of this round, the results are not visible all the time to add an element of surprise. At the end of every day, we'll be here to update you on how the matches are going, so you can see who needs your support to make it to the elusive Sweet 16. The closest match is still Angelina Jolie vs. Leonardo DiCaprio. The actors have been trading leads all day and Leonardo is ahead for the time being. This is definitely anyone's game.

Jennifer Aniston has the biggest lead of all the round three matchups. Mark Wahlberg has a lot of ground to cover to catch up.
In a battle of hotness, Matt Damon is conquering Orlando Bloom.
At this point, Chace Crawford is losing badly to Halle Berry, who pulled out the win late last night.
Kate Hudson narrowly beat Britney yesterday, but now she's on the losing end to Jennifer Garner.

It's a close race between Will Smith and Natalie Portman, but she is currently in the lead.

Fashion Week Attendees Will Go to Extremes For Beauty

The fashion week crowd made their way to Milan's Palazzina della Ragione last night for the "Extreme Beauty" bash following Dolce & Gabbana's star-studded runway presentation earlier in the day. Scarlett Johansson arrived on the designers' arms, while other ladies like Naomi Watts, Eva Mendes and Freida Pinto walked the red carpet solo. David Beckham looked hot as ever and Orlando Bloom braved the scene on his own, looking quite happy following his PDA-filled vacation in Australia with Miranda. Kate Hudson's main man Owen Wilson was off in London, but she brought along her younger brother Wyatt for the fancy night out. Some Fashion Week parties have been more subdued than usual this year but leave it to D&G to get an A-List turnout.

Scarlett and Kate Join Freida For a Weekend of Dolce Fashion

Fashion Week moved from London to Milan over the weekend, and Scarlett Johansson was on hand to kick off the festivities. As the face of Dolce & Gabbana cosmetics, she paired up with the designing duo for a photo call at a department store yesterday afternoon to show off her cherry red hair and big smile. Scarlett was joined today by fellow actresses Kate Hudson, Naomi Watts, Eva Mendes and new clothes horse Freida Pinto for the brand's runway presentation. The real action was happening in their VIP room, where the ladies mixed and mingled while sipping tea. They all looked fabulous this afternoon and they're set to keep the good times rolling with tonight's star-studded "Extreme Beauty" bash, where David Beckham is expected to turn out and up the hotness factor.

The Grammys Bust Out Memorable Performances Galore

The Grammys may seem like one of the longest shows of Award Season, but last night they mixed it up with some exciting performances. The show kicked off with U2 starring Bono, but the absence of Chris Brown and Rihanna was quickly felt. Justin Timberlake, Al Green, Keith Urban and Boyz II Men all stepped in to form a hodge podge second performance of the night while the young couple dealt with assault allegations and drama. Total highlights included Jay-Z on stage with Chris Martin and the "Swagger Like Us" performance with incredibly pregnant MIA. They looked like they were having so much fun. While Robert Plant and Alison Krauss took home some of the biggest awards John Mayer and Coldplay took home statues too - check out all the winners here.

Gwyneth looked hot introducing Radiohead while Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus sweetly collaborated to sing Swift's new single. Kanye and Estelle sounded fabulous before similarly named Adele won Best New Artist. Jennifer Hudson left the room choked up during her acceptance speech and strong performance. Keith Urban looked handsome on stage a few times - including the performance with John Mayer, BB King and Buddy Guy as a tribute to Bo Diddley - in between moments beside Nicole Kidman in their seats. The Jonas Brothers took the stage with Stevie Wonder just one of the pairings that kept this year's Grammys interesting.
