Wills Parties Like a Prince and Supports Charity and Country

Prince William wore a casual outfit of bodywarmer, jeans and trainers for a night out at Raffles on Saturday, grinning wide as he climbed into his car after leaving the club at 3.25am. It's been a couple of months since we last saw Wills out clubbing, and just last week we spotted Kate Middleton at a film premiere. Wills has arranged his trip to New Zealand and Australia to make sure the couple will be together to celebrate Kate's 28th birthday on 9 January, as he missed her last two birthdays. It looks like Wills is doing a great job balancing his social and personal life with his official duties, and has set up the Charitable Foundation of Prince William and Prince Harry, which will give grants to needy young people and wounded service personnel. As FA President, Wills has also given his backing to England's 2018 World Cup bid, saying:

"England's love for the game is world renowned. Football is in our blood. We're proud of our great cultural diversity. We will offer a warm, home-from-home welcome to all the participating teams and their supporters. As a nation, we are united behind the bid. Speaking personally, I am very proud to be supporting it. I believe, with England's great passion for the game, we will stage a World Cup to remember forever. A first-class festival of football. 1966 and football are one in England's psyche and collective memory. It is the stuff of legend. For young people like myself, who were not around to experience the pride and excitement of that time, the opportunity to live it first hand will be an enormous privilege."

Kate Middleton Parties as Testino Prepares His Camera

We haven't seen much of Kate Middleton since the Summer, but she was back in the public eye last night, attending the UK premiere of Tenacity Of The Tasman in London's Leicester Square with Holly Branson, before partying at the Orchid Nightclub. While there was no sign of Prince William, rumours are continuing to gain pace about the couple's possible wedding, with a "royal insider" telling the Daily Mail that 2012 is the most likely year for their nuptials. Wills isn't the only one interested in Kate: Mario Testino has revelaed he'd love to photograph Kate as well as the Queen. Mario would make a pretty amazing wedding photographer!

Wills and Harry Combine Clubbing and Charitable Causes

Prince William and Prince Harry enjoyed a night out together at Raffles on Saturday night, with Wills leaving at 3am and Harry lasting half an hour longer. Wills also spent the evening with Kate Middleton at her children’s charity auction, while recent birthday boy Harry apparently treated himself to a full English breakfast with Chelsy Davy after his night on the tiles. It's not all partying for the Princes though, as they have reportedly been making secret visits to wounded troops in hospital. The pair have also set up the Princes' Charities Forum, a charitable foundation which encourages charities to "think out of the box".

Harry Joins Wills and Kate Who Will Wed By 2012

Prince Harry and Prince William were joined by Kate Middleton on Friday to attend the wedding of Nicholas van Cutsem and Alice Hadden-Paton at The Guards Chapel at Wellington Barracks in London. Reports suggest Wills and Kate will be walking down the aisle themselves as it has been decided the couple will wed, but not until 2011 at the earliest. They are expected to have tied the knot by the time the Queen celebrates her Diamond Jubilee in 2012. Harry was in the mood to celebrate too, as he has passed his basic helicopter training course and now moves on to advanced training. As for Harry's love life, however, it looks like Chelsy Davy has moved on, even though Harry allegedly drew up a no-cheating charter in a bid to win her back.

Kate Middleton Watches The Princes Play Polo

After playing polo in New York last weekend, Prince Harry spent this weekend playing polo with Prince William, competing at Ham Polo Club on Saturday, and taking part in The Dorchester Trophy at Cirencester Park Polo Club on Sunday. A frizz-free Kate Middleton took time out from helping her parents' business to brave the weather and watch the Princes play yesterday, while Harry took time out from the sport to enjoy yet another night out with TV presenter Caroline Flack on Saturday, the pair even returning to Clarence House together.

Wills and Harry Enjoy Polo With Kate

Those polo loving Princes William and Harry took to their horses for a polo contest at Coworth Park in Berkshire yesterday, with Kate Middleton supporting from the sidelines before enjoying some hugs with William. It's great to see the rainforest saving brothers enjoying some down time, as they will be busy will more official duties soon: Wills will be opening an art gallery and Harry has trip to the US in the pipeline, which includes a charity polo match in New York.

Kate Middleton Is Already Prepared For Princess Parties

Kate Middleton arrived at Geneva airport with her family on Sunday after a holiday in the Alps. She spent time skiing with Prince William, who has been criticised for taking time off from the RAF and accused of being given special treatment. Kate could be in for criticism too, as her picture has been used on a website and brochure to help sell her family's princess party outfits for children. A source said: "This is plainly cashing in on palace connections and the royals aren't going to like it". Do you think Kate's in the wrong, or just trying to help her family?

Wills, Harry and Zara Bring Royal Support to Rugby

The Royals spent the weekend watching rugby, with Prince William congratulating the Irish team as they beat Wales in the Six Nations Championship in Cardiff on Saturday. Over at Twickenham, Prince Harry and his cousin Zara Philips watched her fiancé Mike Tindall help England to victory over Scotland. While the rumours about Wills and Kate Middleton's 2009 wedding are looking unlikely, speculation is growing that Zara and Mike will marry this year. I'd love to see another royal wedding, and it's good to see Wills and Harry smiling over the weekend, as Willam recently spoke about the emptiness he feels on Mother's Day.

Wills Speaks to the Animals While Harry Gets a New Friend

Lovely Prince William was full of smiles for the graduating officers and pats for the horses and dogs at the passing out parade at Hendon Police Training College on Friday. This latest public engagement has coincided with rumours that Prince Charles has urged Wills to get more involved in royal duties, following the criticism William received in a recent TV documentary. Wills has even more public engagements this week, including the 40th anniversary of homeless charity Centrepoint and a meeting with London’s St Giles Trust.

Meanwhile, Prince Harry spent the weekend partying with Astrid Harbord who is friends with Kate Middleton. The pair reportedly left at 3am and went to Harry's flat at Clarence House. Looks like Natalie Imbruglia is definitely out of the picture then.

Prince William Opens Up About His Grief

Prince William spoke about the emptiness he feels on Mother's Day at a reception of the Child Bereavement Charity in London yesterday. William is a patron of the charity, which Diana helped launch 15 years ago. Speaking at the launch of the charity's Mother's Day campaign, he said: "Never being able to say the word 'Mummy' again in your life sounds like a small thing. However, for many, including me, it's now really just a word - hollow and evoking only memories. I can therefore wholeheartedly relate to the Mother's Day campaign as I too have felt - and still feel - the emptiness on such a day as Mother's Day... For those who have lost the one they love, rest assured they will be watching over you". In the Daily Mail he writes about his grief: "not a day goes past without you thinking about the one you have lost".

As expected, Wills went on to host a dinner last night for the 40th anniversary of homeless youth charity Centrepoint at St James's Palace. He was joined by charity ambassadors Kirsty Young, Lisa Maxwell, Sara Cox and Tamara Beckwith. Meanwhile, France’s society magazine Point de Vue reports that Wills and Kate Middleton will marry this summer, with the official announcement expected this month. I'll wait for the official word before I buy a hat.
