Diane Kruger Joins Fellow Wu Girls Jessica and Lily

Diane Kruger joined Jessica Stroup and Lily Collins in LA last night to preview Jason Wu's Spring 2010 collection at Neiman Marcus. It was a special night about fashion for Diane, who's been busy with movie events like the Santa Barbara Film Festival and the Hollywood Awards. She opened up about how perfect Jason's dresses are for hitting the red carpet, and his gowns should come in handy with all the press she'll have to do for her upcoming projects.

Diane Kruger was the host. Jason Wu, the designer. Jessica Stroup, Amber Heard, Katie Cassidy, and Lily Collins - envious emerging talent - the supporting cast. Neiman Marcus, the venue. A small gathering of some Fab favorites occurred yesterday to preview Wu's feminine cool collection. Normally, I would have you choose the most Fab, but, honestly, they all looked awesome in the designer's spunky dresses and ladylike separates. Why did Diane host? Easy: she loves Jason Wu. She compares him to Chanel - his clothes span generations. As well, his creations are "sexy yet traditional." Well said Diane, go behind the seams!

Hollywood Comes Out to Get Lucky in LA

Lauren Conrad hit the red carpet alongside a bevy of beautiful ladies for the Lucky Magazine and Madewell Fall Denim Tour at the Bar Marmont last night in LA. Hollywood starlets from all over TV and film came out to celebrate the new line of denim, although for most of the atendees, short skirts were the dress code for the evening. Kristen Bell looked like the picture of health in her layered look, while Mandy Moore showed of yet another new hair transformation. Rachel Bilson traded in her casual wellies for worn-in black boots, striking a pose after walking the red carpet. Katie Cassidy joined the rest of the ladies as another new episode of Melrose Place aired - though it's still not as scandalous as 90210.

Lauren, Selena and Kim Turn Out Stylishly in Hollywood

Many pretty young things were out in LA last night to attend the Hollywood Style Awards. Lauren Conrad took a break from thinking about the LA Candy movie to hit the white carpet in a floral dress, present an award and congratulate Young Stylemaker Brody Jenner. Kim was the lone Kardashian at the event and talked about how she's happy to let her sisters have the spotlight these days, though they're still working together on an upcoming line for Bebe. Hayden Panettiere and Selena Gomez posed in their minis and were just a few of the evening's big winners, but you guys seem split when it comes to deciding who was the best dressed.

A Nightmare on Elm Street - See It or Skip It?

The first trailer for the new remake of A Nightmare on Elm Street has been released this week, starring familiar faces Thomas Dekker, Katie Cassidy and Twilight's Kellan Lutz among others. I'm not a huge fan of remakes, but I have to say this trailer intrigued me quite a lot and actually looks pretty good! The movie will be out in 2010, and I'd love to know what you think, so let me know - will you see it or skip it?

Movie Preview: A Nightmare on Elm Street

Enough of you are into slasher flicks that I think you'll appreciate this trailer for the latest installment of A Nightmare on Elm Street. What's different about this one, set to release in 2010? Freddy Krueger is played by the genuinely creepy and genuinely good actor Jackie Earle Haley.

Billed as a re-imagining of the horror classic and produced by Michael Bay, the movie's trailer opens with a sad, evocative image of a younger Freddy being chased into an accident, precipitating his fate as a cold-blooded killer. The fact that the trailer can make you feel empathy for one of pop culture's greatest villains is a feat unto itself and makes me think this movie will be about more than just gory, creative ways to kill someone.

Lovely Ladies of Hollywood Come Out For a Pre-Emmys Party

Entertainment Weekly linked up with the Women in Film organization to host a bash last night at the Sunset Marquis hotel with Audrina Patridge, AnnaLynne McCord, and former Twilighter Rachelle LeFevre turning out for the red carpet. Newly pregnant Jenna Elfman of Accidentally on Purpose struck a pose alongside Jennie Garth, whose husband Peter has been spending his time up in Vancouver working out with Kellan Lutz.
