Katie Takes Alex to Pal's Wedding Ahead of NY Marathon

Katie Price took Alex Reid to her friends' wedding yesterday, and cosied up to her new boyfriend at the Mayfair Hotel in London after the ceremony. Although reports suggest she is getting ready to dump Alex, Kate kept the cage fighter by her side as she left for the service in her tiara and dressing gown (having caused speculation when she tried on the bridesmaid dress). Kate is reportedly keen to quell any negative reports about her relationship with Alex, and is apparently consulting lawyers following Peter Andre's accusation that Junior caught the new couple in bed together. She is also focusing on the future, and after completing the London Marathon she has set herself a new goal, tweeting: "woo i can confirm im doing the New York marathon november 4th for charity start training next week".

Katie Sparks Wedding Rumours as She Visits Bridal Wear Shop

Katie Price had a busy day in London yesterday, as she went from her management company to her solicitor's office and Radio 2's studios before hitting the shops in Soho with her mum and daughter Princess. She set tongues wagging when she visited a bridal wear shop, leading to rumours she might be planning to wed possible new boyfriend Alex Reid. She was actually trying on a bridesmaid dress for when her makeup artist and his partner renew their vows!

What a Difference a Day Makes For Jordan

Katie Price cut a rather forlorn figure as she stopped to fill her car up at a petrol station yesterday, but by the evening she was back to her smiling happy Jordan self on a night out in London with friends. As much as I love the glam Jordan persona, I do prefer it when Kate chooses the natural makeup look and that pink hairband is so cute - do you love it or hate it? Her gloomy face and lack of wedding ring has caused speculation about the state of Kate's marriage, but maybe she's down because her and Pete's chat show has been axed. There's still lots for her to celebrate though: following her win against the News of the World she's in the Guardian's Media Top 100 and has plans to adopt. As she's fond of saying: never underestimate the Pricey!

Katie Price must be a master of persuasion, as she got four of her closest men to dress up in various trademark Jordan outfits for the launch of her latest book Standing Out: My Look, My Style, My Life at Selfridges in London this afternoon. Kate's boyfriend Alex Reid swapped his usual Roxanne persona to copy Kate's gold outfit from Ibiza, and Kate's riding instructor Andrew Gould fittingly dressed up in her KP Equestrian launch outfit. Kate's brother Daniel wore a version of her wedding dress, and her good pal Phil Turner went for a tight yellow and black number. What do you make of Kate's attention-grabbing book launch?

Are You Interested in What Katie Did Next?

Katie Price is returning to our TV screens this Autumn in her own reality show, What Katie Did Next. ITV2's cameras have been following Kate since her split from Peter Andre, and the six part series will feature the children's birthday parties, Kate's calendar shoot in Ibiza, the launch of new novel Sapphire, and her pals' wedding. Kate said:

"I can’t deny that things haven’t been easy for me since the split – not at all – but you will see a very different side to me in my new show. I’m actually happy and there’s been lots of laughter as I move on and get on with my life."

Adding another string to her bow, Kate has set up her own independent production company, Pricey Media, which produced this series. She said: "I'm really excited to be getting more involved with new shows and formats for next year." Peter Reveals All While Katie and Alex Fly Away

While Katie Price and her "sex mad" boyfriend Alex Reid arrived at Heathrow yesterday, Peter Andre visited Radio One as his interview with Fabulous Magazine in the News of the World hit newsstands. He revealed he still has Katie's name tattooed on his wedding finger, but said: "I will get it removed soon, but it hasn't been on my list of top priorities". He added: "I know we could never get back together. But I'd like to think we can be friends for the sake of the children." Before jetting off to Puerto Banus near Marbella, Kate moved Alex into her home and had to cancel a book-signing on Saturday because of flu and toothache, and her spokeswoman confirmed: "She does not have swine flu, but she has been a little under the weather this week". It sounds like Kate won't be repeating her wild ways in Ibiza, which is just one of the topics Peter discussed during his interview. Here are the highlights:

On Kate in Ibiza: "I did phone her and tell her she was a disgrace. I said that because that was what I thought. Of course it gets to me, and if any other man was in my position, I'm sure he would feel pretty bad. It makes me question whether I ever meant anything to her, if any of it was real. But I'm stronger since then - how could I not be?"
On the TV show: "Having cameras following us around maybe wasn't always a good decision. But I never had a problem with it. I found it easy and it wasn't all the time. I love TV. I am what I am, on or off screen. I take my kids out to the park just like any other parent, whether I'm filming or not. There was a point where I wanted to walk away from it, for a split second. I just wanted out. But I can't do that. I have my kids and I have to think about my future. I feel I've got nothing to hide and that people should see what happens next. The public have always supported me, but I've never felt so loved by them as I do now. They've helped me so much and I never take that for granted."

On the children: "The kids don't actually know we've split up. When I leave them with Katie, I just say that Daddy has to go to work so I can buy them toys. And when Katie hands them over to me, I just tell them Mummy is working. I know I have to tell them the truth at some point, but it feels a bit like I want them to believe in Father Christmas that little bit longer. I want to protect them."
On his ideal woman: "I want someone who's happy to sit in and watch movies, go out for dinners, have family holidays together - a girl for whom family is enough. I don't care what job she has, I just want someone who's satisfied with the love I have to give and the family that comes with me. You want to be with someone who wants to be with you. There were times when we were all watching a movie and you knew Katie wanted to be somewhere else. That's not a comfortable feeling."

Peter Reacts To Katie's Interview, Chantelle Denies Romance

Katie Price and Peter Andre met up yesterday for the first time since her inteview with Piers Morgan aired on television on Saturday. She dropped off their children Junior and Princess Tiiaamii, along with her son Harvey, apparently exchanging very few words. Peter responded to her revelations about the baby their lost in his New magazine column, saying:

"I had no intention of watching Kate’s interview with Piers Morgan on Saturday night because I’m not interested and I don’t care what she says. However, in the end, I wanted to know what she was going to say about our family so I sat down to watch it with my mum and my brother Mike. By revealing all about the baby we lost, Kate went against everything we said we’d never do.The miscarriage was a devastating time for us both, but I strongly believe it should have remained private. Unfortunately, what Kate says is out of my control. I can’t control what other people do, I can only control what comes out of my mouth."

While Katie recently spoke about Peter's new friendship with Chantelle Houghton, Chantelle has responded, saying: "'We're just friends, there's nothing there. We have the same management - that's the only reason I've been seen out with him. It's crazy to think anything is going on. The stories about us having secret dates are totally made up."
