Katie Price Has Broken Up With Alex Reid

Following her shock departure from the jungle, Katie Price had another surprise up her sleeve last night, as she announced during her interview with Ant and Dec on I'm a Celebrity she has broken up with Alex Reid. She's not showing any signs of regret yet, as she tweeted late last night: "I feeeel sooo goood today".

Kate didn't explain exactly why she had broken up with Alex, other than saying she's done a lot of reflecting and said: "I think that it's best I'm on my own. I just don't want to be in a relationship." In the show's sister programme, we saw the moment Kate met up with her pal Michelle Heaton for the first time after leaving the jungle, and Michelle told her about Alex's plans to propose and recommended that Kate dump him.

Peter Andre claims he hasn't been watching the show, but news will surely have reached him about Kate's big decision. Kate also admitted that she'd been a "twit" over the last seven months, and apologised to anyone she'd hurt. It certainly sounds like she's done a lot of reflecting, so let's hope she's happier now that she's made these choices.

Katie Price Quits I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here!

Katie Price has followed in Camilla Dallerup's footsteps and quit the jungle on I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! We saw her refusal to take part in the next challenge live on last night's show, and overnight she left the camp.

On Sunday the News of the World reported that Alex Reid is heading into the jungle to propose to Katie, possibly on television, so rumours were circulating that he would do it on the show. Obviously this won't happen now, as Katie has quit the series after she was picked to do her seventh bushtucker trial in a row.

Are You Excited to See Jordan in the Jungle on I'm A Celebrity?

As expected, Katie Price has headed into the jungle to take part in I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here which kicked off last night on ITV1 with a challenge for Sam Fox and Gino D'Acampo. Katie says she's going in to show people the real her again, after she won a lot of fans and a new husband when she met Peter Andre on a previous series of the show - she said:

"For others, it’s a game show. For me, it’s closure. I’m going back to a place where a big fairytale began for me. I met my husband, I had two more beautiful children and six years on I’ve been married, divorced, ready to go back in. People think I’m breaking down, I’ve lost the plot, I’m not a good mum, I’m a man-eater. They’ve got all these perceptions but I think that when people see me again, like last time, they’ll see I’m grounded, if not more grounded."

Jordan's On a Jungle Journey While Peter Plans a Date

After arriving in LA on Tuesday night Katie Price wasted no time getting in to the swing of life Stateside, getting Botox and appearing on the Chelsea Lately show yesterday. Meanwhile, Peter Andre greeted fans outside Radio One in London, as reports claim he's planning a date with Alexandra Burke after meeting her on the Paul O'Grady Show last week. Kate's reportedly heading to Australia after her stop in LA to appear on I'm A Celebrity, and with Peter tweeting his excitement about having the kids for "a whole month" I'm confident Kate will be back in the jungle. While ITV haven't confirmed the rumours they have released the rest of the lineup who are not happy about Kate's huge pay cheque: stay tuned for more details!

Katie Has a Big Surprise to Reveal as She Flies Away

Katie Price brought a pop of colour to her dark outfit with her bright pink nails as she flew from Heathrow to LA yesterday. While rumours fly about her possible return to I'm A Celebrity, Kate's taken to her OK! magazine column to respond to suggestions she's pregnant. She also raved about what fun she had at a Halloween party, gave an update on Harvey following his hospitalisation last week, and revealed her opinion on Gordon Ramsay. Here are the highlights:

On Harvey: "Harvey wasn’t too well this week and had to spend the night in hospital but he’s absolutely fine now. He has been sent lots of get well wishes from the public, so thanks to everyone for that."
On pregnancy rumours: "Last week I told OK! that I have a big surprise in store and there is already gossip that I’m pregnant. Well, let them speculate what they like. All I’ll say is never underestimate the Pricey. They can say I’m pregnant, they can say what they like. It will all be revealed before the New Year."
On her appearance on The F Word: "Gordon Ramsay is a really nice guy and completely down to earth like me. I knew I wouldn’t beat him at the recipe challenge, I only practised the chicken kiev recipe the night before. He beat me 5-0 and I think that was about right."
On her future products and shows: "I’m really thrilled to be doing some smellings for my new as-yet unnamed perfume which will be out next year – and I’m currently designing some new eyelashes which will be hitting the shops soon. I start filming my new reality show soon so expect plenty of thrills, spills, laughs and Pricey pandemonium."

Peter Andre Accepts Libel Damages

Peter Andre gave the thumbs up outside the Royal Courts of Justice today after accepting "substantial" damages from Now magazine. He sued over an article published in July which claimed he was lying when he portrayed himself as a loving father and husband. Peter's solicitor, Gordon Williams, told judge Mr Justice Eady that the article claimed Peter may have been at fault for two of Harvey's accidents, and added:

"Mr Andre was also said to have demanded sick sexual threesomes from his wife, which horrified her and which she did not enjoy, feeling used and like a sex doll. As a result, Mr Andre was said to be lying in portraying himself as a loving father and husband."

Peter read out a statement outside the High Court, saying: "I take my responsibilities very seriously. I would never do anything to hurt my children, whom I love very much."

Katie and Peter Reunite For Ill Harvey's Sake

Katie Price and Peter Andre put their differences aside for the sake of Harvey, Kate's son with Dwight Yorke, who has been rushed to East Surrey Hospital with suspected swine flu. They were both at his hospital bedside, spending time together for the first time since their split. Harvey was reportedly suffering from breathing difficulties and doctors are keeping him under observation for 48 hours. Kate's spokesman said: "Katie is very frantic. You would assess a normal child at home, but in Harvey's case as soon as he gets ill he has to go to hospital... Katie is preparing to take time off work until Harvey is well." Get well soon Harvey.

Katie, Alex and Peter Enjoy Halloween Despite Threats

Katie Price and Alex Reid didn't hold back for Halloween, with Kate dressing as Catwoman and Alex showing his love of cross-dressing once again in lingerie and makeup for the Bloodlust Ball at Hampton Court House, while Peter Andre took Princess and Junior to a Halloween party in Shoreham. Kate and Alex reportedly had a row on their night out, but Kate took to Twitter on Sunday following letters threatening to kill her horses and messages on a mixed martial arts abusing Alex and threating the same action if Alex wears t-shirts relating to the sport. Kate tweeted: "dont attack my children, family, friends, horses and pete but you can attack me its fine go ahead i can take it but dont attack them thanks xx". As well as standing up for Pete, Kate has also denied reports she sold his dogs. Perhaps these troubles will bring a truce.

Katie and Peter Promote Their Products

Katie Price was at Lakeside yesterday for a book signing, while Peter Andre was at the Crazy Bear Bar in London to launch his new perfume for women. He's called it "Unconditional" which is also the name of his latest single - check out the video after the jump. Not only will Kate not be wearing Pete's fragrance, but she's also admitted she doesn't wear her own perfume. As well as being criticised by author Martin Amis, Katie has also been taunted by old foe Jodie Marsh over her riding ability, but she's rising above it, saying: "I'm not going to comment on Jodie's riding ability. Anyone can learn to ride if they do it properly. Of course I can jump - I just happen to love dressage." Kate didn't hold back, however, when she filmed her appearance on Gordon Ramsay's F Word, revealing more details about her sex life.
