Speak Up: Kelly Osbourne Doesn't Weigh-In, Do You?

Kelly Osbourne's bod is on its way to "sick" status, thanks to her stint on DWTS. She's noticeably shed pounds from her middle, giving her an ultra-trim waistline that she's proud to show off. In fact, costume measurements for the show reveal that she's lost two inches from her waist.

Still, while she's focused and committed to getting in shape, she's not about to become a slave to the scale, noting that, "[if] I start weighing myself, I will start being like, 'Maybe I shouldn't eat so I could lose some more . . . I would get obsessed with that fact that I was losing it and I would keep at it."

Rather than fixate on pounds lost, Kelly's all about how dancing has helped her firm up, adding that, "I suddenly have muscles in my stomach that I never had before. It's all hard and it never was like that." Kelly's positive attitude and realistic weight loss goal is definitely something to be admired - clearly, she's found what works for her. But tell me, does weighing-in help you track weight loss, or like, Kelly, is it better to chart your progress without relying on the scale?

Heidi Klum and Seal Come Out as Crows For Halloween Fun

Heidi Klum went all out for her 10th annual Halloween party at Voyeur in LA on Saturday. She and Seal looked amazing as they arrived dressed as black crows just weeks after welcoming their new daughter Lou. Heidi's party is always huge and she revealed that the elaborate costume planning starts every year in July. Rachel Zoe looked beautiful dressed as an Indian warrior princess with her hippie husband Rodger, while the ladies of the Vampire Diaries posed together on the red carpet. Paris and Doug managed to stand out in the crowded club when they arrived in matching white tutus, Paris dressed as a swan princess and Doug a tooth fairy.

Once inside, Heidi and Seal mingled with guests, looking unrecognizable in their incredible masks and face paint. The photo loving pair took pictures all night long as Heidi kicked off her hot boots and got comfortable on the couch. Jessica Alba and Cash Warren arrived with friends bouncing between parties as Dora the Explorer and Diego. Kelly Osbourne and her boyfriend were spotted dancing the night away, dressed as eggs and bacon. Paris showed off her moves standing on the couches, while others sipped on Heidi's signature Skyy vodka Halloween cocktails. The entire event was a quite a sight and made for some amazing celebrity sightings as the stars partied the night away.

Celebrities Dress Up For Halloween!

The Ladies Heat Things up at MTV's Los Premios Awards

It's been a big week for Latin music, from the PBS Music Special with J. Lo to last night's Los Premios Awards honoring the best music of the genre. The event was hosted by MTV in LA, and the red carpet was full of gorgeous gals, from Alessandra Ambrosio, Ashley Tisdale, and Audrina Patridge to Kelly Osbourne - who do you think was the best dressed?

Nelly Furtado kicked off the show, which also brought out Pete Wentz, Snoop Dogg, Tommy Lee, and Dave Navarro. Selena Gomez was also on hand, looking sweet in her neutral-colored gown. Ashley Tisdale was another of the evening's performers, and Shakira even made an appearance via satellite.

Last night's Hollywood Life 6th Annual Style Awards brought out a gaggle of fashionably dressed stars. Lauren Conrad, Amber Valletta, Sophia Bush, and Selena Gomez were just some of the Fab attendees. There was a lot of black on the red carpet, but Lauren brightened things up in her floral Mara Hoffman frock. Step past the velvet rope to see some gorgeous frocks and to witness the after-party fun. Lauren, Selena and Kim Turn Out Stylishly in Hollywood

Many pretty young things were out in LA last night to attend the Hollywood Style Awards. Lauren Conrad took a break from thinking about the LA Candy movie to hit the white carpet in a floral dress, present an award and congratulate Young Stylemaker Brody Jenner. Kim was the lone Kardashian at the event and talked about how she's happy to let her sisters have the spotlight these days, though they're still working together on an upcoming line for Bebe. Hayden Panettiere and Selena Gomez posed in their minis and were just a few of the evening's big winners, but you guys seem split when it comes to deciding who was the best dressed.

Fashionistas flocked to the Armand Hammer Museum in Los Angeles last night for Hollywood Life's Hollywood Style Awards. Lauren Conrad presented her Hills buddy Brody Jenner with his award for Young Hollywood Stylemaker, and then headed to dinner with the proud winner, while Zachary Pinto was happy to hand his Heroes costar Hayden Panettiere her award. Luke Worrell helped Kelly Osbourne celebrate her win, and other stylish celebs honoured with gongs included Selena Gomez and Kim Kardashian, who tweeted about her excitement at winning the Style Siren Award.
