Oh to be dubbed "Little Cindy," (i.e. Cindy Crawford). Thanks to the perfectly placed mole on her upper lip and her gorgeous looks, 21-year-old model Kendra Spears was given that nickname by her family when she was young. And so, the Seattle-born Spears was destined to become a model. She was discovered by Ford on MySpace, then became a finalist in the agency's Supermodel of the World competition. She is currently one of the faces of Prada's Fall ad campaign and can be seen on many a catwalk when she's not working towards her BA in sociology from the University of Washington. Beauty and brains? Sounds just like Cindy!

Kendra Wilkinson's "Sports Poles": Cool or Not?

Is the stripper workout here to stay? Former girl next door Kendra Wilkinson is banking on it. Hugh Hefner's sporty ex-girlfriend has created a proprietary line of stripping equipment that she's calling "sports poles." She's expressed her excitement for the product on her personal website:

As you know, I'm an outdoors girl, so it's hard to find fun ways to exercise in my house that keep me from getting bored. I'm like a little monkey and love to swing around on things - haha - so that's why I decided to create my own line of sports poles, which will be coming out soon!!!!!

Kendra assures apprehensive sports pole users that it's easier than it looks and added, "I can definitely see people like Cameron Diaz, Kate Hudson and Scarlett Johansson loving my sports pole, not to mention that they would look soooooooo HOT doing it!"

The platinum, self-proclaimed "little monkey" thinks her pole is a fun (and sexy) way to work out. What do you think of the name of her product and the idea behind it - cool or not?

In my opinion, I think it's absolutely possible for hair to become too blonde, especially if you're not naturally blonde. It takes a perceptive woman (or a great stylist) to recognize when hair is becoming over-processed, too bright and yellow. When this happens, a great remedy is to add hints of light brown back into the hair for depth. When mixed with the blonde (I suggest including even one more shade of dark blonde), you'll get a natural looking, balanced and softer result. I think lowlights have helped update Chantelle Houghton, Whitney Port and Kendra Wilkinson's overall look. Out of these three ladies, who gets your vote for most improved hair?

How Implants Affect Breastfeeding

Fake boobs don't always hinder breastfeeding. Seventy-seven percent of LilSugar readers said they'd consider a Mommy Makeover - a breast lift, tummy tuck and liposuction - if money were no object, but plenty of women undergo a lil nip and tuck before they bear children.

Former Playmate Kendra Wilkinson and reality show star Kourtney Kardashian recently revealed that they hoped to breastfeed once they give birth. Well known for her purchased assets, Pamela Anderson said she nursed both her boys. To learn more about whether or not implants affect a mom's ability to feed her offspring, we spoke with Dr. Robert Zubowski.

On whether or not the placement of implants affects breastfeeding. "The breast implant is typically placed in a submuscular pocket which separates the implant from the breast tissue. Augmentation in a subglandular position or any position directly below the breast tissue can be done safely without affecting the ability to breastfeed."
On incision placement affecting nursing. "Incision placement can make a difference with regard to breastfeeding. Incisions placed in the crease of the breast or in the armpit do not interfere with the gland or the ducts and therefore will not affect breast-feeding. Incisions placed in the lower half of the areola require that some dissection occur through the breast tissue and by consequence through the ductal tissue. Therefore in some cases especially if there is very little breast tissue, this may affect the ability to breastfeed."
On whether or not choosing silicone or saline matters. "The type of implant whether saline or silicone does not matter. Also studies have shown that there is no risk to the baby with regard to breastfeeding whether saline or silicone implants are used."
On engorgement's effects on implants. "Engorgement and pumping of the breast is not effected in any way in those women who have had breast augmentation."

Audrina Scores a Show and Parties With Newly Single Vanessa

The ladies looked tan in white at a Reebok event in LA yesterday. Vanessa Minnillo smiled on the carpet as the news broke that she and Nick Lachey have split. Despite rumors of rockiness over the past few months, the two are still good friends, and Vanessa even talked about Nick's plans to go on a safari this summer. Audrina Patridge struck a pose in her LWD, and we'll be seeing a lot more of her now that MTV picked up her new show, which will focus on her life and career. Kim Kardashian brought her family along and sported sneakers, joining other guests like pregnant Kendra Wilkinson for a casual night of fun.

Michael Phelps Cleans Up at the Star-Studded ESPY Awards

Many celebs hit the red carpet last night at the ESPY awards in LA to honor the stars of the sports industry. Samuel L. Jackson was the evening's host, and he kept the audience laughing with his jokes about Twitter. Zachary Quinto took the stage looking dapper in his suit, while Miranda Kerr smiled for photos before the scary robbery at Orlando Bloom's house. Demi Moore was also on hand to present Michael Phelps with one of his five awards. It might not have been as snazzy as last year's Justin Timberlake's ESPY hosting gig, but the athletes and stars looked fantastic for the sports-filled night.

Michael wasn't the only one getting trophies - Hollywood's beloved Lakers won Best Team. Other presenters included Rashida Jones and Jeremy Piven, while funny men Andy Samberg and Seth Meyers watched alongside Billy Crudup. The festivities are set to air Sunday evening on ESPN.

When it comes to ads, we've almost seen it all: beaches, desert sand, wheat fields, sidewalks - you get the picture. But Miuccia Prada has managed to give us something we haven't yet seen for Prada's Fall campaign: models sitting in a puddle of oil. Juxtapositions are common in fashion and this is one of the slickest yet. Here we have delicate models Kendra Spears, Julia Hafstrom, Prada favorite Ymre Stiekema, and Anna de Rijk, in equally delicate gowns, dipping their feet in something not so delicate. Of course, their handy rubber Prada boots make this possible. Such moodiness wouldn't fly for Spring, but for Fall, it's perfect. What do you think - are you as captivated as I am?

Can an Unwanted Spokesperson Ruin a Restaurant's Image?

Like many young American women, Kendra Wilkinson loves the food at Olive Garden. However, unlike the majority of these women, Kendra is a Playboy Playmate, girlfriend to Hugh Hefner, and star of the reality show The Girls Next Door. On the series, she expresses her profound love for the Italian chain's artichoke dip and unlimited breadsticks. She's not a spokesperson for the brand, and her public, undying love is not returned. Rumor has it the officials at Olive Garden would like her to stop inadvertently promoting the restaurant. They've worked hard to craft their family-friendly image, and a Playboy playmate doesn't exactly fit into that picture. Although many brands welcome a celebrity's endorsement, if the celebrity doesn't match the brand's image, problems can arise.

I think it's an interesting topic, and wonder what you have to say about the matter. Can an unwanted spokesperson ruin a restaurant's reputation?
