Rihanna Leads the Way With Amazing Women For Glamour

Rihanna stole the show in her dramatic white dress as she and her fellow honorees took the red carpet at last night's Glamour Women of the Year celebration in NYC. Carnegie Hall was brimming with beautiful ladies from Iman to Maria Shriver and Diane von Furstenberg. Catherine Zeta-Jones stood out in blue and had Michael Douglas by her side for support. Rih was just one of a handful of women who were chosen by the magazine, but all eyes were on her - and most of you are loving the look, just the latest in her fashion metamorphosis!

Padma Lakshmi showed off her growing baby bump while one of the evening's honorees Stella McCartney smiled big with her award up on stage where she also had some trouble with her super short skirt. Amy Poehler and Michelle Obama were two of the magazine's other women of the year, though the First Lady didn't attend the event since she was with her husband President Barack Obama visiting with families at Fort Hood. The night was full of inspirational and important females who spoke and mingled, celebrating each other and Glamour's picks. Rihanna and Stella Join Fellow Women of Year

Glamour Magazine's Women of the Year gathered at Carnegie Hall in New York City yesterday to celebrate each other's successes. Rihanna and Stella McCartney were amongst those honoured, and were joined by Estelle, who performed on stage. Amy Poehler and Serena Williams collected their awards, while Catherine Zeta-Jones was one of the presenters. FabUK wants to know who do you think was best dressed? Last week at the Music Unites Fall Masquerade Gala, Kerry Washington and Georgina Chapman wore pretty, poufy frocks from Georgina's coveted Marchesa line. Both dresses were white, but notice how the two styles varied in texture. Kerry's tulle embellishment and streamlined shape gave a more architectural appeal, while Georgina's feathered creation emoted flirty, flapper energy. Both beauties accessorized with sleek black clutches and matching pumps. This one's a toughie: do you prefer the designer or the celebrity?

Halle, John, Padma, and Adrian Have a Ball Together

Halle Berry went sexy in her cutout dress last night for Keep a Child Alive's 6th Annual Black Ball in NYC. She had her best accessory, boyfriend Gabriel, on her arm, as she walked the red carpet alongside Adrian Grenier and pregnant Padma Lakshmi. John Mayer made an appearance solo as rumors about his rekindled romance with Jennifer Aniston circulate, though you guys seem to think their giving it another go is a pretty terrible idea. Today happens to be John's 32nd birthday, so it looks like he got a head start on the celebrating.

Is it me, or is it getting chicer in here? Maybe it's the changing of the season, but I had a lot of favorites this week. Let Kerry Washington and Naomi Watts be an example of the style splendor I speak of. If these two powerful women were walking toward me, I'd move out of the way, but ask them where they got their fine duds first. Kerry was a modern lady in her sheer Malandrino blouse and black pencil skirt. Naomi looked darn cute in her cropped Stella McCartney suit and cool aviators. Fashion Week Comes to a Star-Studded Close in NYC

Yesterday was the last day of Spring Fashion Week in NYC, and the celebrity attendants closed the spectacle in style. Tommy Hilfiger's show and afterparty brought out Penn Badgley and Naomi Watts, while the designer himself posed with a pretty-in-pink January Jones. Taylor Swift took a break from the ongoing Kanye drama to take in Tommy's presentation, as did Rosario Dawson and Emily Blunt. Amanda Bynes spent her afternoon at Ann Taylor, and Rachel Zoe was in an olive onesie to toast the latest Calvin Klein collection - though she had to cut out early to nurse her flu with her special drink. The madness is moving on to London now, so make sure to stay tuned to Fab UK for all the latest news!

Celebs Show Up For The Final Day Of New York Fashion Week

Celebs showed up by the handful for the Tommy Hilfiger show that closed New York Fashion Week yesterday, including January Jones, Rosario Dawson, Katherine McPhee, Penn Badgley and Emily Blunt - who's newly engaged to actor John Krasinski! Mary Louise Parker looked cute in checks, while Sarah Ferguson showed up in a bright blue dress and chatted to Emily before the show. Also present was Alicia Keys who wore sunglasses, Naomi Watts in a gorgeous white dress and woman of the moment Taylor Swift, who has come out of her moment at the MTV VMAs with a lot of support, including that of President Obama!

AnnaLynne McCord posed with her 90210 costar Jessica Stroup while Emmanuelle Chriqui looked hot in her animal print. How-To: Kerry Washington's CFDA Makeup

At last night's CFDA Awards, Kerry Washington was the epitome of impeccable style. Check out how her soft watermelon-toned lipstick complements, not competes with, her warmer, orange-toned blush.

That, and she's achieved eyebrow perfection with the perfect balance of shape and color. While her eyes are heavily lined for dramatic effect, she creates a slight smokiness with taupe and shimmery pink shadows. Like this look? Check out my how-to when you read more.

Eyes: Apply a shimmering pink cream shadow to the lids, making sure the inner V area is covered. Try Clinique Quick Eyes Cream Shadow in Muffin ($15). After lining both the top and bottom lash lines with a black pencil, create a soft smokiness by applying a taupe shadow to the lids and creases, like Bobbi Brown Eye Shadow in New Mink ($20).
Cheeks: Add a pop of warm color by applying BareMinerals Blush in Tulip ($18) to the cheeks.
Lips: To finish off, apply a bright pink gloss to the lips, like CoverGirl Wetslicks Fruit Spritzers Lip Gloss in Watermelon Splash ($5).
