It was a hectic few days for Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner as they continued taking their New Moon press tour around the globe. They spent last weekend in LA, where we sat down with both Kristen and Robert, before taking off for Europe with stops in Paris, London, and Madrid. Of course, it wasn't all work as there was also time for some special hand-holding between Robert and Kristen! They weren't the only ones making news - here's a look back at the week's top stories in photos.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart Spotted Leaving Vancouver Together!

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart finished up work on Eclipse and ducked out of Vancouver together today. The duo were the last two in town with the director David A. Slade, who twittered that they wrapped up at 4:30 a.m. No rest for the weary, however, since Rob and Kristen are diving right into promoting New Moon before its Nov. 20 release. Twilight fever is everywhere these days from - the restaurant world to our very own TwilightSugar! Plus great news - theaters will be rereleasing Twilight the day before New Moon hits theaters! The two played it coy for the cameras as usual, but it's always a treat to see Robert and Kristen . . . especially when they're traveling together, as they're bound to do over the next few weeks of premieres and TV appearances around the world.

Robert and Kristen Take a Ride on Eclipse Set

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart filmed Eclipse in Vancouver yesterday. The scene involved Edward and Bella inside his Volvo at the Forks Police Station. Earlier in the week, rehearsals left Jackson Rathbone needing a little medical attention, but luckily he was OK, and Ashley Greene pointed out how much of a trooper he was to be at work the next day. More and more details about the New Moon release have been coming out, like premiere locations, the soundtrack, and even a tracker app to stay on top of the news. At the moment, however, it's such a treat to get a glimpse of another Edward and Bella moment before their sweetness onscreen in just a couple more months.

Rob and Kristen Create Chemistry in Germany and Return to LA

Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner and Robert Pattinson arrived back in Los Angeles yesterday after promoting New Moon all over Europe. Having visited Paris, London and Madrid, the trio made their final stop in Germany at the HVB youth event at the Olympic Hall in Munich on Saturday, before getting back in to their casual clothes for the flight back to the States. PopUS will be on the red carpet at tonight's big LA premiere, so stay tuned to her Twitter!

Kristen wore yet another edgy dress for her appearance in Munich, having shown off lots of different outfits during her European tour. FabUK wants to know: which look is most fab? Although Kristen dodged questions about a romance with Robert when I met her in London last week, she looked very cosy with him on stage in Germany at the weekend, and she did admit kissing Rob is "pretty cool". Robert, Kristen and Taylor Return to LA For Tomorrow's Big Premiere!

Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner touched down at LAX today after spending the week together bouncing all over Europe. Their latest stop was Munich where Robert and Kristen looked like they were sharing a moment up on stage along with Taylor and New Moon director Christopher Weitz. Taylor, Robert and Kristen led the way on their stops in Paris, London, Madrid and Munich, though the most attention went to the famous hand-holding photos. The three stars of the film are back in California before tomorrow's official premiere - we'll be on the red carpet so stay tuned here and on our Twitter for all the up to the minute updates! Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart apparently spent last weekend getting romantic in NYC as they celebrated New Moon's record-breaking opening at the box office. They were soon off on the same flight to LA, where they were spotted walking through the airport together around the same time they twittered thank-you to fans. The Yellow Handkerchief: See It or Skip It?

The trailer for Kristen Stewart's film The Yellow Handkerchief has been released, along with news the film will be released in the US on 12 Feb. 2010. Kristen plays a troubled teen alongside William Hurt, Mario Bello and Eddie Redmayne in the movie, which follows three strangers on a road trip in post-Hurricane Katrina Louisiana. Producer Arthur Cohn said Kristen was recommended for the part by Jodie Foster, and added: "The part of Kristen in Twilight is completely different from the one she plays in The Yellow Handkerchief, which is particularly interesting for Kristen's fans all over the world." New Moon Trio Arrive in Paris While Jamie and Edi Sign On

We saw Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor flying away from LAX and now we've spotted them in Paris! The New Moon trio arrived at Le Bourget Airport and then changed out of their travelling clothes for dinner at Costes last night. As we all gear up for the release of the second film in the Twilight saga, the cast are busy promoting the movie all over the world and meeting press: check out what my girl Molly had to say about meeting Rob and Kristen at the weekend. While the trio promote in Europe, Edi Gathegi and Jamie Campbell Bower were holding down the fort in the US, signing autographs at the Fair Oaks Mall in Fairfax, Virginia yesterday. Our Robert, Kristen & Taylor Interview & They're Off to Paris!

Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner arrived at LAX at the same time last night, all headed out of town to continue their New Moon promotional blitz around the world. The trio and all their costars put in a long weekend of work in LA, plowing through interviews, big fan events and even making time for some philanthropic appearances. Kristen was entranced in her music as she made her way through the crowds while Robert was layered up for his arrival. We're so excited to bring you all the video from our cast interviews this weekend, but to give you a taste - Robert joked about his facial scruff turning off fans in Japan, his love of the New Moon soundtrack and what he thinks about finding "the one."

Taylor was exactly the teenaged sweetheart he seems like, saying that he hopes that he has the same loyalty and passion that Jacob Black does - judging from Taylor Swift's cute shout out in her song monologue, he's on the right track. Kristen chatted about wanting to get behind the camera one day. Tons more of that to come soon! At Saturday's junket, we were Robert Pattinson's final interview of the day and afterward he was spotted on his way out of the hotel to join Kristen who finished up about an hour before he did. She ducked out of the L'Ermitage hotel later in the night. Robert denied his skills in the romance department, but he and Kristen are happily side by side for the next few weeks of nonstop appearances.
