I'm sure it was a raging afterparty because it looks like our Hills heroine put on a successful Lauren Conrad Collection runway show last night. Her Spring lineup was inspired by the beauty of Spring. OK, that's sort of ambiguous — allow me to elaborate.

Whitley's Kros bohemian babe continues her journey through another LA Fashion Week. This time, striped tunics, easy-wear silk separates, animal prints, and the necessary Spring jumpsuit are falling out of her suitcase. Colors range from ivory to sherbet hues and vivid brights.

I want to be friends — no, best friends — with Crispin & Basilio designer Donny Barrios. I want his entire Spring '09 collection! It's effortless, feminine, and incorporates the sheer trend with utter perfection.

Swathes of chiffon and artful draping made for a feminine yet bold collection for La Perla, at Milan Fashion Week. Head to toe colours ranging from black to white, cream, aqua and lilac were given subtly frou frou touches with lace, ruffled hems and lots of asymmetric necklines. The hair was tousled and full, while makeup was gleaming and natural.

Regardless of whether you can afford a new wardrobe these days, Fashion Week is always an inspiration. This look from the Oscar De La Renta Fall 2009 fashion show made an impression on me. I love his pairing of deep eggplant, bright magenta, and rich gold.

Lauren Conrad debuted her Spring 2009 line to a very packed house as part of LA Fashion Week last night. Lo Bosworth, Kyle Howard, and Jason Wahler were all in the front row, though it looks like Audrina Patridge didn't make it. Whitney Port is in NYC shooting her new show.

LA Fashion Week is a lot smaller than say New York or Paris, but don't be fooled by its diminutive size. We spotted some fabulous collections overflowing with cutting-edge design and artistry. From Grecian gowns to Rick Owens-inspired jackets, LA had lots.

Posen found solace in a retro, eclectic Fall collection. The '40s were beckoned through square shoulders, skirt suits, tweed, ruffles, and country florals. The palette was totally autumnal: beige, gold, pumpkin, storm gray, but kicked up a notch with scarlet red, silky lilac, and noir.
