Not only did I adore the wide patent piped belts in Gucci's Spring collection, I also went ga-ga for these Gucci Corset Patent Heels ($740). They have a bit of the lace-up motif that's popular right now, but at the same time they're super slick. But that price is far from super .

I'm really into lace-up heels lately, and I've been drooling over these Givenchy Lace-Up Heels ($639) since they came out last Fall. The price illustrates why they're not sitting in my closet by now, but picture this: I found the perfect pair of lookalikes for much less.

Kate Moss doesn't usually stray away from her sleek modus operandi, but when she does, it's just as amazing. While out celebrating her bro's birthday in London, the Super donned a pair of funky lace-up jeans. It's very Guns N' Roses circa '90, and I love how the lacing goes all the way up her legs.

No doubt, Demi Moore and Rumer Willis are a hot mother-daughter force to be reckoned with. At the Sorority Row premiere in LA, Demi kept it ladylike by wearing a ruffled black sheath dress and satin heels by Brian Atwood. Her daughter, on the other hand, went for a more daring look, donning an intricate lace blazer and pant combo by Stella McCartney.

Highlights
Treatment for Ingrown Toenail:
- Orthonyxia, a surgical technique that implants a small metal brace into the top of the nail, was as effective as traditional surgical techniques for preventing ingrown toenail from recurring, according to one study.
- A nonsurgical method for treating ingrown toenail with chemicals uses either sodium hydroxide or phenol, but one study shows that sodium hydroxide procedures have a better outcome and faster recovery than phenol procedures.
Treatment for Forefoot Pain:
- Ultrasound-guided injection of alcohol might provide relief from Morton's neuroma, according to one study. Symptoms improved in 94% of patients who had the treatment, a success rate comparable to that of surgery.
Treatment for Heel Pain:
- NSAIDs reduce pain and disability in people with plantar fasciitis when used with other techniques, such as night splints and stretching.
- Studies show that extracorporeal shockwave therapy provides a very small reduction in heel pain without side effects. It may be a good option for patients who haven't responded well to conservative treatment.
Work-related Foot Problems:
- An estimated 120,000 job-related foot injuries occur every year, about a third of them involving the toes.

Hey FitSugar,
When I use the elliptical machine, my toes go numb at about the 10-minute mark of my half-hour workout. Could this be caused be my stance? Or possibly my shoes?
