I'm sure all of you Hills fans would kill to replace Audrina in Lauren Conrad's Spanish villa in the Hollywood flats. Well, something tells me that reality is not so far off. Conrad is renting out her 3,009-square-foot, four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home for $11,000 per month.

Rumor has it that reality star slash fashion designer Lauren Conrad plans to leave her two bedroom Hollywood Hills rental, which she shares with Audrina Patridge, for a charming 3,009 square foot, three bedroom, two and a half bath Spanish style villa on the Hollywood flats just off Sunset Boulevard. LC Joins Her Hills Girls in Real Life, Not on Screen
Lauren Conrad went to Mi-6 in LA last night to celebrate Lo Bosworth's 23rd birthday, while the first post-LC episode of The Hills aired. Elsewhere in the city, new narrator Kristin Cavallari arrived at a Unite fashion event. Most of you didn't think Kristin would liven things up, but she dove right into the drama on the show by fighting Audrina over Justin Bobby.

Lauren Conrad and Kyle Howard held hands as they walked into a Havaiana's and Details magazine party at My House in LA last night — get her look here. Lauren's man was the guest of honor, but she was more interested in talking about Audrina's new guy Chris Pine, saying, "He is a really cute guy, and I'm happy for her." That's not LC's only reason to smile — LA Candy is being released on June 16 and Teen Vogue has a sneak peek at her novel.
Lauren and Heidi's Teary Post-Fashion Show Reunion!
Lauren Conrad debuted her Spring 2009 line to a very packed house as part of LA Fashion Week last night. Lo Bosworth, Kyle Howard, and Jason Wahler were all in the front row, though it looks like Audrina Patridge didn't make it. Whitney Port is in NYC shooting her new show.
