There was a lot of leather on the catwalks for Autumn 2009, and now the trend has landed on the High Street. From leather trousers, to leggings to jackets, you can't escape the fabric and it's sure to give your outfit a rock chick feel.
I have noticed a number of leather blazers on offer, which would look great with skinny jeans and boots.

If you look up the term femme fatale — the inspiration for this Vogue Germany spread — it says "an alluring and seductive woman whose charms ensnare her lovers in bonds of irresistible desire, often leading them into compromising, dangerous, and deadly situations." Catherine McNeil is it. She's the epitome of it — womanly, rebellious, sexual, and capable of making men moan.

Girl is on a roll! Emma showed up in yet another hot look at the New York Harry Potter premiere. We've been there done that with leather skirts, but a leather halter contrasted with a ladylike ivory skirt and cinched with a contrasting belt is fresh.

A few weeks ago, I asked you what you thought of Balmain's quilted leather skirt which is sure to be a key Autumn piece. The trend is now sweeping across the High Street as various interpretations of the style emerge as a style to watch.
It's a tight fitting item by nature so is not for the feint hearted, but it's a great way to get a step ahead for the new season.
