Sarah Harding celebrated her birthday over the weekend with a party at her night spot, Kanaloa. She wore a Spring 2009 Preen dress to the party, which we saw much earlier in the year on Leighton Meester at a Nylon party. Leighton wore hers with strappy sandals whilst Sarah went for slightly chunkier heels and a gold clutch.

You guys aren't quite sure what to make of Leighton's tendencies to strip down when she goes into musical mode, but she's not the only Upper East Sider who likes to show a bit of skin.
