He's still the star of the highest grossing movie of all time, Titanic, but he also makes time for his passions in life, like the environment as well as the most important people, like his mom. There were many famous faces in LA last night to see the Lakers take on the New Orleans Hornets. Khloe and Robert Kardashian were front and center to support Lamar Odom, who opened up about wanting to expand their family in the near future. Jay-Z went straight from the game to his performance last night after stops in Germany for the EMAs and NYC for the Yankees victory parade. He apparently also has babies on the mind, recently revealing to a friend that it is high on both his and Beyonce's to-do lists. Leonardo DiCaprio and Kevin Connolly seem content with their bachelor lifestyles, as they recuperated from a night out with Lindsay by hanging with Tobey Maguire and concentrating on all the action down on the court.

Leonardo DiCaprio hit up the movies with friends in LA on Sunday before returning to set with Ellen Page yesterday. Leo's next few months will involve wrapping up Inception and gearing up to promote Shutter Island early next year, but there's already talks of his next big project. Leo is rumored to be up against George Clooney and Johnny Depp to play Frank Sinatra in Martin Scorsese's upcoming biopic based on the life of the Rat Pack crooner.

Who Should Play Frank Sinatra in Martin Scorsese's Biopic?

And then there were three. Back in May I asked you all who you would choose to play Frank Sinatra in the upcoming biopic, and Martin Scorsese reportedly has narrowed it down to Johnny Depp, Leonardo DiCaprio, and George Clooney. Apparently Scorsese's first choice is his muse DiCaprio, while Universal Pictures would like to see Depp in the role.

As for Clooney - he's the top pick for Tina Sinatra, who would like the movie to focus more on the more charming side of her father's personality rather than the more gritty aspects of his life. Rest assured that whoever snags the role won't have to sing - the music will feature Sinatra's original voice. So between these three guys, tell me - who should play Frank Sinatra in Martin Scorsese's biopic?

Leonardo's Film Work Keeps Him on Edge

Leonardo was back in his suit Thursday to keep working on Inception. Instead of hanging out on solid ground with Ellen Page, Leo was up and perched on a ledge opposite Marion Cotillard filming his own stunts. Leo's no stranger to having beautiful costars, and he may have another big name as his leading lady soon - he's rumored to have been approached to star opposite Angelina Jolie in Ridley Scott's new Gucci project.

Angelina Jolie Is Going Gucci

Despite what she may have said in the past, Angelina Jolie's career isn't slowing down anytime soon. Last week we learned that she'll be taking Charlize Theron's place in The Tourist and she may be adding another femme fatale role to her resume. Jolie is in talks to take the lead in Ridley Scott's Gucci.

Jolie would play Patrizia Reggiano, who spent 29 years in prison for plotting the murder of her ex husband, Maurizio Gucci. The script is still being reworked and Ridley's search for his Maurizio continues - apparently Leonardo DiCaprio has been approached but has yet to sign on.

I could absolutely see Jolie in this role, and in general I like when she can show more of her acting chops and less of her kung fu skills. Bonus: Angelina and Leo would make for one hot big screen couple.

Leo Takes a Break From Flirting and Heads Back to Work

Leonardo DiCaprio and Ellen Page were hard at work on the set of Inception in LA yesterday, though this time they skipped out on the formal wear. When he's not shooting, Leo has been keeping his social life typically busy. He was reportedly spotted hitting the dance floor with Melrose Place's Katie Cassidy as rumors simultaneously circulated - and were quickly denied - that he might be involved with Whitney Port. Whoever he's getting cozy with, Leo's not lacking for companionship whether it's a bevy of bombshells or a furry friend.

The past few weeks Ellen's been spending most of her time out promoting Whip It! with Drew Barrymore, which unfortunately had a rough opening weekend at the box office. Her latest project with Leo, however, continues to create buzz, and it's been announced that the Christopher Nolan movie will be released in IMAX when it hits theaters next year.

Leonardo DiCaprio to Make a Deep Blue Goodbye

This year's lineup of Fall movies has a big hole in it where Shutter Island once was, but fans of Leonardo DiCaprio can rest easy - the man has a whole lotta movies coming our way. His newest project is The Deep Blue Goodbye, which is based on John D. MacDonald's mystery novel series from the '60s. DiCpario will play Travis McGee, a beach bum who enjoys his slacker life aboard a houseboat in Florida. Of course, it isn't long before Travis finds himself in a world of risk, excitement, and ladies. DiCaprio will produce the film as well as star.

DiCaprio's most recent roles have been pretty meaty, which means lots of serious characters. Don't get me wrong, I never get tired of seeing Leo stretch his acting chops again and again. Plus, I'll take any excuse to see him tanned and shirtless again.
