Dina Lohan Isn't Done Talking About Lindsay's Rehab Yet, Okay? - Just Blame it all on James Franco

Well, it was only a matter of time, but here are the photos of Lohan as she was entering rehab. She brought snacks, obviously.

Meanwhile, the newest story about her last night on the town suggests that actor James Franco, and his disinterest in Linds, may have driven her to the reckless behavior that ended her up in the 'hab. You know, not to make anyone feel guilty or anything.

Lindsay may not yet have more to say about her progress, but, lucky us, Dina Lohan will verbally vomit for as long as her daughter recovers. People reports:

"This is a wonderful, giant step she's taking and it's all good," Dina Lohan said Thursday. "Hollywood's a really, really busy scary place and everything is under control."

Dina says she's proud that her 20-year-old daughter is mature enough to take care of herself and "not worry about what anyone's going to say about her."

"Everything's great and she's just getting a grip on her life," says Dina. "When I was 20 I don't know that I would be that strong to do that, so it's all good."

In terms of the facility where Lindsay is being treated, her mother says, "It's an outpatient program where, of course, (she'll be) in for the first week or two."

Dina also says that Lindsay will be back on set soon after the end of the inpatient weeks. Clearly, mom wants her little moneymaker back in the spotlight ASAP.

Lohan Last Night Out Ends With a Hotel Floor Nap

As we announced yesterday, Lindsay Lohan has checked herself into a rehab facility. Details are just now starting to emerge about her last pre-rehab nights out on the town. The NY Daily News is saying that Lohan, who had only been seen drinking water for the past few weeks, was out drinking Red Bull and Vodkas while on Percocet only days after her appendix surgery. While, Page Six is reporting that Lohan was found passed out in the hotel hallway at 6AM after Princes' Golden Globes after party. Been there, right? Nevermind. Hopefully no one added insult to rock bottom injury by drawing male genitalia on her face. But what, pray tell, will become of the movie she is currently filming? People has that covered:

Lohan, 20, has been filming the thriller I Know Who Killed Me, and a rep for the movie tells PEOPLE production had already been on hold due to Lohan's recent appendix surgery. It's uncertain when filming will resume.

"I Know Who Killed Me, like all films, has insurance," says the rep. "In Lindsay's case, she has a good 13-hour work day. The character she plays requires a good deal of physicality and she's not yet healed (from her surgery) and not yet ready to return."

Of course we'll keep you updated as the full story comes together, because we all know it's only a matter of time before this "appendicitis" story unravels completely.

UPDATE: While we really, honestly wish Lindsay the best in her attempts to get well, we couldn't help but notice her sly use of the word "Proactive" when describing her decision to enter rehab. Perhaps she was slipping in a plug for the similarly named acne solution for which she shills? Well, it got us thinking...could she be used as the spokesperson for her newest proactive venture as well?

Lohan Enters Rehab!!

Wow. Lindsay Lohan has officially checked herself into rehab. O.M.G. Well, I suppose we all saw this one coming. Us Weekly reports:

Lindsay Lohan entered the luxe rehab facility Wonderland Center in Los Angeles' Laurel Canyon on Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 p.m., Us has learned.

"I have made a proactive decision to take care of my personal health," Lohan tells Us Weekly through her rep, Leslie Sloane-Zelnick. "I appreciate your well-wishes and ask that you please respect my privacy at this time."

She arrived at the facility in a blacked out SUV followed by a caravan of two other cars. Looking somber, the actress carried a dark Balenciaga bag and a Jamba Juice, she wore black tights, a green flannel shirt, a leather jacket, and a black baseball cap that said "Lola."

Though Lohan didn’t attend the Golden Globe Awards, the actress was spotted at Prince’s after-party at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel where "she was totally out of it,” according to an onlooker.

Witnesses say that the starlet partied until 6 a.m. Tuesday morning.

More coming as details emerge, but hopefully she will finally be able to get the help she needs.

Lindsay Takes a Break From Rehab

It's been less than a week since Lindsay Lohan entered rehab, but she's already leaving the facility to attend meetings, both of the professional and AA varieties. I was under the impression that rehab was more of 24 hours a day thing, at least for the first little while, but what do I know?

LL's Photographed All Weekend, but Tapes Are the Trouble

Lindsay Lohan was in a flannel Saturday as she stepped out to shop at LA's Church boutique with a friend. The girls spent a few hours inside the shop, emerging in new outfits after tweeting a thanks. LL was then off for a night on the town, and she wound up at Leonardo DiCaprio's place for an afterparty. She was out yesterday evening, when she joined another pal for dinner at Dominick's in Beverly Hills. Despite her weekend good times, there is still more drama with her father Michael to contend with after he leaked multiple tapes of her private conversations as a public bid to get her into rehab. Michael apparently tried first to sell the tapes but settled to give them for free after being paid for an interview.

Lindsay Arrives in LA to Hit the Clubs and Swing Back at Michael

Lindsay Lohan arrived at LAX last night following her trip to Morocco. After a quick wardrobe change, she and a friend headed out to club Voyeur. LL evidently needs to let off some steam, considering the recent drama of her dad Michael leaking a recording of LL in an emotional state. Another tape was also just released, in which her mom Dina joined Michael in discussing the need to get Lindsay to rehab in the Fall of last year. Lindsay took to Twitter yesterday to share her displeasure with Michael's actions and revealed some dirt on him - for example, that he threatened her mother and would leave their family for days while battling his own drug issues. Lindsay's public battles with Michael have been going on for years, and unfortunately it doesn't seem like an end is in sight for the Lohans' troubles.

Lindsay Goes From Long Island To Utah Rehab

Lindsay supposedly turned up in Long Island this weekend according to the NY Post who claimed she was home with mom, grandma and her siblings. Dina made a short statement that said, "She's doing well." Now ET is reporting she is at the Cirque Lodge drug and alcohol rehab facility in Sundance, Utah. This was the same place MK and David Hasselhoff spent thousands to get better. Who knows where LL really is but we do know she is due back in court on August 24th to face her DUI charges. As always, stay tuned for the latest LL drama which we hope remains quiet assuming she is actually working on getting clean and healthy.

In the meantime, we're still staring at these Elle photos. Bella wants to know if you still turn to LL for hair and makeup cues.
