Lingerie is making a statement as outerwear with stars like Lady Gaga and Katy Perry daring to bare. Many of you said you'd wear garters this season, so would you wear a corset too? Selfridges has reported an increase in sales in luxury corsets by 70% compared with last year. In particular, the Bordelle's £900 feather girdle sold out in just 24 hours. Sneak Peek! Stella McCartney Intimates, Spring '10

Last Spring's Stella McCartney lingerie offering was colorful, but this time around, the designer is feeling softer with neutral pales, dusty pinks, and lavender. There are 15 groups, each with a cheeky name like Rosie Plotting, Eva Scampering, and Billie Twirling. "This season we looked at the '20s and '50s, which comes through the range in silhouette and specially developed embroidery and gold retro hardware," McCartney said. Look forward to prints like florals, feathers, and ladybugs, and fabrics like tulle, mesh, and silk crepe de chine. Prices range from $45 to $195 - the Spring '10 line will land at Bergdorf Goodman, Barneys New York, and Bloomingdale’s.

Found: Lady Gaga's LoveGame Lingerie

Lady Gaga's latest video for LoveGame has just been revealed she dances around in her signature revealing outfits. In some of the video she just wears lingerie which I'm excited to reveal is by Agent Provocateur. It's fair to assume that Lady Gaga knows a few things about lingerie as she often has it on show and these pieces (whether you have them on show or under your clothes) are beautiful. The appropriately named Love set includes a black bra (£80) and matching briefs (£48). Check out her Bad Romance video here where she wears Alexander McQueen!

Fab Ad: Sonia Rykiel for H&M

With all the talk of the pending Jimmy Choo for H&M collection, it's easy to forget the other designer collaboration that is due to launch before Christmas with Sonia Rykiel. This capsule range will initially launch with lingerie in time for Christmas on 5th December and this morning we get our first glimpse of what to expect. The ad campaign stars Lara Stone (as a brunette), Caroline Trentini (as a red head) and Anna Vyalitsyna. I am excited to see this collection, what do you think of the ad campaign?

I don't want to say too much about this lingerie ad running in Germany because I fear it could give away the effect. But I'll tell you this: it definitely makes the point that anyone can have the desire to feel sexy. Check it out and tell me if you think it is powerful or problematic.

While it's nice to be sexy in satin and lace, I like to switch things up in flirty cotton lingerie. And, I was instantly smitten with lingerie brand Undrest. Designer Maria Paz Navales take inspiration from her adventures in Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo and creates fun and luxurious cotton intimates.

Her feminine accents of ribbons and ruffles create a super-girlie line of cheeky (pun intended) and comfy sleepwear. My favorite from the bunch is this peek-a-boo undie. Granny panties? I think not!

On Our Radar: Stella McCartney Lingerie

When the news came last July that Stella McCartney was introducing her first lingerie line, I was intrigued. Now that the collection is hitting stores February 1, I am definitely pumped.

The first round of sweet nothings consists of thirteen different collections, each with cheeky names like Poppy Posing, Coco Blushing, and Eve Giggling. Everything from a '40s vintage-inspired range of bras, bodysuits, and briefs with mesh and silk patches stitched on to a silk georgette star-printed triangle bra and thong are in the mix.

For those of you who like to keep things organized, "Knickers of the Week" gift packs are available, with a week's worth of briefs each embroidered with a different day of the week and floral detail. To see what the "Daisy Dreaming," "Sandy Stripping," and "Iris Sleeping" collections look like, you'll just have to check out the luxe pieces yourself.

On Our Radar: Pfiff Lingerie Helps Fight Breast Cancer

In case you didn't know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. In an effort to raise money to fight it, Pfiff Lingerie is sponsoring The American Breast Cancer Foundation. Now through December 1, 2007, the luxury brand will donate a portion of the proceeds from its "Moments of Seduction" line in the Twighlight Blush color to the foundation.

The line is made up of delicate Art Nouveau lace, organza bow and mother-of-pearl charms. You have options like the Wireless Bralette, $62, (left), Push Up Balconette, and the Lined Full Coverage Bra. There's also matching underwear. Pretty and purposeful!
