Ashley Greene's New Moon Diet

If you were part of New Moon fever this weekend, I’m sure you were transfixed as I was watching the epic battle scene between the Cullen family and the Volturi. The young actors demonstrated dynamic moves coupled with super human strength that were spectacular to watch on the big screen.

Moves like that don’t come easy, Twilight actress Ashley Greene told Us Magazine. Greene, who plays Alice Cullen in the films, said that prepping for the role involved a lot of training - up to four hours a day! In addition to working out with a personal trainer every day, she also had an intense week of fight training with the rest of the New Moon cast. No wonder all the actors look ripped.

Greene was pretty candid in admitting another reason she’s looking so svelte - 12 hour workdays don't "leave too much time to eat." Before dismissing Greene as an actress who starves herself to look good, the star did say that she ate well and stuck to healthy foods during filming. As for her day-to-day off the set she does Pilates six times a week.

"I do it early in the morning. It wakes you up, and it's kind of refreshing," said Greene, who is headed to London in a few months to begin filming the thriller The Apparition. "And that is basically it. Sometimes cardio. I am not a big weight person because when I do weights I build muscle mass."

Rihanna Wants Great Food and Great Sex For Christmas!

Following her stay in London this week, Rihanna arrived at LAX Airport yesterday in a cute and comfy outfit. She is the guest editor of MSN's music channel on Monday, and she's spoken with them about her plans for holiday season. When asked what she wants for Christmas, she replied: "some great food and some great sex"! Victoria Opens Up About Sharing a Bed With Sexy David!

Victoria Beckham looked a bit sheepish as she left her management's office in London to return to her hotel last night, perhaps because quotes from her interview with Allure have been released. When asked if she prefers sleep or sex, Victoria replied: "Sex! I'm getting into bed with David Beckham every night, so, you know, there'd be something wrong if I said 'sleep'." Victoria also revealed all about her bedroom attire, admitting: "I tend to wear nothing, but David bought me these little sets from Agent Provocateur, his favourite store." These comments follow hot on the heels of Victoria praising David for his inclusion on People's Sexiest Men of the Year list: "He idolizes our three boys, and this is what makes him 'the sexiest man alive' to me." While her personal life is rosy, Victoria still has to deny rumours about her business life, with her rep shooting down those reports about Blake Lively modelling for her line.

On the subject of her bronzed skin: "I don't self-tan anymore. It's frustrating when people criticise my colour. It's the colour that I am! I wear sunblock, but I live in a hot climate."

With the recent frightful pet food scare, many people have turned to making their own pet food or going to organic, high-end solutions. A London bakery has decided to take it to the next step by creating treats that can be enjoyed by pets and owners alike.

The Alldog Bakery is proudly stamping their products as, "made with human quality ingredients," and their range includes treats such as Honey Hearts (wholemeal flour, maize meal, milk, honey and coconut), Carob Crunch (heart shaped carob cookies), Liver Love (savory crackers with a hint of garlic) and Doggy Doughnut. All of which are made with natural ingredients, no preservatives or additives. They're good for you and your pup, but I don't know if your dentist would approve, apparently they're "much harder than human biscuits to suit dogs' teeth".

Amy Looks Like She's Added Fuller Lips and Freckles

Hot on the heels of her recent breast augmentation, Amy Winehouse showed off what appears to be a fuller pout as she left a clinic in London yesterday. BellaUK wants to know: what do you think of her freckles and plump pout? She looks happy to flaunt her new assets and we know her dad Mitch thinks her new boobs are great. Mitch has revealed that Amy loves to play games like Pictionary and Boggle, and he's also spoken on his new series for Living about Amy's shock at Rachel Adedeji's exit from The X Factor last weekend, saying:

"Amy and I and the family were watching X Factor and when Rachel got knocked out – we thought it was a complete disaster. We were having a lovely dinner – I was having a chicken vindaloo and Amy was having a chicken Korma and we almost choked – almost put us right off our food. Almost but not quite…"

When You're a Pro, What Does Time Off Mean?

Runner Kara Goucher made her marathon debut a year ago in the Big Apple, but she's skipping the New York Marathon this year. At the Nike Running Summit, she explained she wasn't planning on racing again until Boston because she's doing some planning of a different nature - family planning.

When you're an elite runner, skipping an event doesn't go unnoticed, making it difficult to keep it a secret that you're trying to get pregnant. Kara explained to me in a short but sweet interview that she's "taking a few months off to see what happens in her personal life."

But what does "time off" mean after running 120 miles a week? For Kara it means only running 30 miles a week, a number I would love to have as my hard-core weekly mileage. Although she does admit to getting a little softer now that she's only running a quarter of what she's used to, Kara's relationship with food hasn't changed, since she has always been "a healthy eater." Body fat is an issue for runners, but her attitude is pretty simple: "It is just weight and it will come off." Which is great since this runner, a proclaimed "queen of the 30-minute meal," is spending her newly found free time cooking, mostly Italian, and making sauces from scratch.

She admitted that this was a tough question, but that she has always leaned toward tennis. Kara finds the combination of individual strength and one-on-one competition quite compelling. Then there's the fashion side of things: "They wear cool outfits."

Kara's long-term goal: racing in the London Olympics in 2012 and bringing home the gold. Go Kara!

London Receives a Marmite Kiss

This morning I asked you if you would eat a Marmite sandwich. Imagine my surprise when just a few hours later I discovered that London-based artist, Jeremy Fattorini, has created a giant sculpture made from it! His sculpture, which is a replica of Rodin's The Kiss, is 7-ft. tall and is made from 420 jars of the limited-edition "I Love You" Marmite. It was unveiled yesterday in London's Greenwich Park, just in time for Valentine's Day.

Speak Up: Do You Agree With "Fat Tax"?

There has been much discussion over a so called "Fat Tax" - a tax on salty, sugary and fatty foods in Britain. A Fat Tax could save thousands of lives each year, but it's going to cost you as a consumer. The proposed Fat Tax would raise average weekly household bills by 4.6 percent -- Yikes! (This reminds me of the cigarette taxes that were imposed a few years ago.)

Personally, I think it makes sense that we should pay less for healthy (and organic) foods and more for unhealthy foods, which seems to be the exact opposite of what happens now. Raw organic almonds are how much a pound these days? So what's your opinion? Would paying more for foods high in fat and sugar discourage you from buying them?
