Angelina and Brad Gather with Celebs to Watch the Super Bowl
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt took their son Maddox to the Super Bowl in Miami yesterday, watching the Saints beat the Colts. The couple were in great spirits as they laughed and greeted fans, looking happy and relaxed. They weren't the only big celebs taking in the American Football game though, as Tom Cruise, Rob Lowe, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony were also there to watch the game.

Taylor Lautner walked next to Rob Lowe as they arrived to watch the Indianapolis Colts defeat the New York Jets and take home the AFC Championship in Indiana yesterday. Taylor's fellow Twilight stars had busy weekends of their own elsewhere, with Robert participating in Friday's Haiti telethon while Taylor answered phones, and Kristen taking over Sundance. Lautner and Lowe weren't the only celebrities out to watch football this weekend — January Jones and Jeremy Piven attended the NFC game in New Orleans, which only fueled romance rumors after they were also spotted leaving a Golden Globes afterparty together.

Taylor Lautner hung out with Rob Lowe (who's just announced he's leaving Brothers and Sisters) and other stars to watch the New York Jets play the Indianapolis Colts in the AFC Championship at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on Sunday, after manning the phones at George Clooney's Haiti telethon in Los Angeles on Friday night. The Twilight star has plenty of new projects in the pipeline, and we'll get to see him on the big screen next month when Valentine's Day is released: will you see it or skip it? Now Taylor's split from his on-screen love in that film Taylor Swift, he says he's happily single, and with his 18th birthday coming up on 11 Feb.

Hello from snowy Sundance! Once I got settled in to Park City (and stopped by the Howl red carpet to chat with Jon Hamm and James Franco), it was time to start the screenings. Mediterranean Diet and Low-Carb Diet Neck and Neck
When it comes to dieting, we all want to know what is most effective. A new study performed in Israel found that a low-carb Atkins like diet and the Mediterranean diet outperformed the low-fat diet. The study lasted two years, considerably longer than previous studies, and the weight loss period was limited to 6 months with a maintenance period of 18 months – I think the maintenance period is truly where a diet's success can be measured.
