You might be asking yourself what is confusing about ice cream? It is delish, cold, creamy and loaded with fat. Well not always since ice cream manufacturers have become hip to the fact that consumers are watching their waistlines and fat intake.

Call it wine lite: Vintners in the Languedoc region of France have developed a new type of wine that's low in sugar, calories, and alcohol. The vino, developed by the French Wine Research Center, only contains 60 calories a glass and is virtually free of sugar.
This is achieved by growing grapes that contain 30 percent less sugar than traditional wine grapes, and with a new distillation process that lowers the wine's alcohol content from 13 percent to nine.

We all know that finding the right foundation is a process. Recently reader smesarchik reviewed CoverGirl Advanced Radiance Age-Defying Makeup ($12), praising it for its light coverage and low cost. Here's what else she had to say about this liquid foundation:

I have an issue when purchasing new gadgets: I seem to know what I want (I need a digital camera that takes awesome close-up photos but also works well in low light), but I'm not positive exactly which make or model is the best choice.
And while I appreciate the product reviews on some of my favorite sites, I don't feel like exhaustively reading them before I make a decision. So, I'm excited about Measy, a new site that aggregates product information, reviews, photos, and shopping information to help you make the best decision via a fun quiz.

Many people are worried about high mercury counts in fish, so they're swearing off seafood. The thing is, many types of fish are low in saturated fat, are an excellent source of lean protein, and are high in essential heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids. I'm not saying that mercury is something to overlook, since this toxin can cause brain damage, and possibly cancer, but it doesn't mean you need to give up fish entirely.

Gabrielle Union, Eve, Tracie Thoms, and Nia Long attended the Good Hair premiere in LA looking flirty and fresh. As the lights flashed, Gabrielle smiled pretty in a black and white abstract-printed dress; Eve posed in a silky brown sequin-embellished frock; Tracie kept it slick in a gray jersey dress and draped leather jacket; and Nia Long shimmered away in a low-cut sequin top and silk shorts. Four stylin' ladies, four sensational looks — which do you prefer?

Even though some of us are getting ready for school and starting preparations for fall, it is still really hot outside and ice cream is often top choice for an August dessert. Although it is creamy, cool and delish, ice cream is no friend to those watching their waist lines. It can be loaded with calories, fat and sugar.

Who says you have to spend lots of dough to get a young Hollywood hairstyle? Tresemmé Celebrity Stylist Mara Roszak sure didn't. Roszak, who styled Mila Kunis's hair for the Emmys last night, used only three Tresemmé products — totaling just under $13 — to achieve the simply sexy ponytail the young actress wore on the red carpet.
