Marilyn and Madonna Get Sticky and Sweet

Anyone else a Marilyn Minter fan? The photographer, known for delicious yet raw imagery, apparently has another big fan by the name of Madonna. The original Material Girl enlisted the photog to create a nine-minute video that will accompany her opening song "Candyshop" on her latest Sticky & Sweet tour. The vid, very sticky and sweet indeed, shows a pair of giant juicy lips playing with sparkly gold, orange, silver, and green goo. Marilyn was so flattered, she expected she would have to pay Madonna, but quite the contrary, "Then [Madonna] actually paid me a bunch of money and sent tickets,” said Minter. Here's a glimpse of the film; this already ran at the Sunshine Cinemas in NYC and in Times Square earlier this year. Nine minutes of this, giant sized, to Madonna?

On Our Radar: Madonna Confirmed for Louis Vuitton Part Deux

Madonna caused a stir earlier this year as she posed in her signature fish net tights for the Louis Vuitton Spring campaign. In these pics she starred in the now famous Spicy heels and tribal inspired accessories looking fabulous. It has just been confirmed, after much speculation, that Madonna will once more work with Marc Jacobs as she is to be the face of the Autumn campaign. Steven Meisel will again shoot the images which are scheduled to begin next week. I can't wait to see how the Queen of Pop looks for the cooler months!

Madonna, Jesus, Ashton, and Demi All Party For Purim

Madonna looked young as ever in her Catholic schoolgirl costume on her way to the Kabbalah center for a Purim party in NYC last night. Her new boy toy Jesus Luz went as the Joker, but instead of walking with Madonna, he was on Jessica Seinfeld as Cleopatra's arm on the way to the festivities. On the other side of the country, Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore were observing the Jewish holiday in Beverly Hills, showing off their priest and nun costumes via TwitPic. The duo were out of costume by the time they left their party, cuddling together in the back of their car at the end of a long night celebrating.

Britney's Message to Madonna

Britney and Madonna are no longer tight like they used to be, but before Britney filed her divorce papers she was very eager to share the news with Madonna. There was one small problem though - Britney didn't have Madonna's new number. So Brit had to relay the divorce message to Madonna's publicist. L&S reports:

So Britney called the New York office of Madonna’s publicist, Liz Rosenberg, says the insider. “She just called and said, ‘Can you tell Madonna I called to let her know I filed for divorce?” the insider says.

The person who answered the phone expressed sorrow about the divorce, but Britney responded politely in an even tone: “Thank you, but she’ll be thrilled. I wanted to let her know before it hit, but I didn’t have her number in London and wasn’t sure how to reach her if she was in New York.”

Britney then left her number for Madonna to return her call, which Madge seemed eager to do once she received the message. When an employee in Madonna’s office reached Madge and gave her Britney’s phone number, Madonna said, “Great. I have this number. This is good news.”

Madonna Gets Racy With Naked Jesus, Blames It on Rio

Madonna has made statements with her W magazine photo shoots in the past, including this provocative 2006 horse-passion one, but this set is hotter than ever. The superstar headed down to Rio where she discovered male model Jesus Luz. After posing for these incredibly racy - and naked! - pics, he has since joined her in NYC as her new boy toy. Looking at these photos, it's obvious that there is serious chemistry there, and after posing like this how could they not have wanted to keep it going off camera? Madonna is as desirable as ever and she can play around with whomever she chooses.

Guy Ritchie made Madonna's 50th birthday a night to remember on Saturday, as he filled the material girl's evening with fun and celebration in London. It's thought he held a small party for her and friends earlier in the evening before they headed off to Volstead in the West End for a night clubbing, as you can see in these pics. It Was a Night Full of Tears and Laughter at the Golden Globes

After last year's abridged version of the Globes, everyone seemed excited to go back to the traditional show with all the Hollywood glamour and exciting speeches. Jennifer Lopez kicked off the show in her gold revealing gown where she handed out the first award to last night's real star - Kate Winslet. The actress scored a double win at the beginning and the end of the show and her heartfelt loving thank yous to both Leo and her husband were a highlight. So was when she forgot someone in particular in her category - Kate recovered and gave Angelina a shout out as well, but phew, we got a little worried when she asked, "Who's the other one?" Bruce Springsteen joked that he has and never will be in the same category as Clint Eastwood again. Chris Nolan accepted Heath Ledger's posthumous win to a standing ovation from the whole room. Johnny Depp made a quick appearance to present Best Actress in a Musical/Comedy to Sally Hawkins. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie didn't take home any trophies but looked just fine cuddling up and kissing throughout the ceremony.

The 30 Rock crew got big laughs most of the night. Some of Alec's jokes fell flat but we're happy he scored an award and even happier loose cannon Tracey Morgan was allowed to accept the award for the show. Mad Men got to celebrate for real this year with their trophy for Best Dramatic Series. Colin Farrell was happy and surprised to win an award though he sniffed and made a not-so-appropriate coke joke. That still went over better than Sacha Baron Cohen, who was booed by the audience when he joked that because of the recession Madonna had to let go of her personal assistant Guy Ritchie. Spielberg getting the Cecile B. Demille award reminded us so much of why we love the movies especially what he has created. Mickey Rourke won Best Dramatic Actor but his acceptance speech was a little too colorful for the censors. Slumdog Millionaire and Vicky Cristina Barcelona were the big winners of the night and everyone enjoyed celebrating at one of our favorite award shows of the season.

Madonna Adopting Again?

Madonna may have had to deal with a lot of criticism after adopting David but it turns out that she might be adopting again. While she was in Malawi she was going to adopt an 18 month old girl named Jessica Kondanani. But when she saw how sick David was she adopted him instead. She had planned to go back for Jessica, but another couple is trying to adopt her as well and are afraid that Madonna will thwart their efforts. Here's highlights:

Australian missionaries Angela and John Wilmot spoke of their fears that their plans could be put in jeopardy by the 48-year-old pop queen.

In an interview with Closer magazine Mrs Wilmot, 34, said: 'We heard that Madonna was interested in a child, who we now hear is Jessica - but we are quite far down the line with our adoption'.

The couple, who moved to Malawi seven years ago with their two sons and have already adopted four children there, already had the adoption process underway when the singer lodged her intention to give Jessica a home. Madonna spent two hours with the little girl at the Kondanani Orphan Care Centre at Blantyre earlier this year.

Mrs Wilmot said: 'We knew Madonna was at the orphanage and she had met all the kids but we were already in the process of adopting Jessica and we hope we will be successful'.

Earlier this month Madonna...said she planned to adopt a second child from Malawi. 'I'm going to adopt another Malawian child very quickly. A baby girl this time, in order to redress the balance', she told Paris Match magazine.'

The Material Girl is used to getting her way, but I guess we'll just have to wait and see. Maybe once she realizes that Jessica already has a home she will find another child to adopt. For more pics of Madonna leaving the gym just read more
