Emily Blunt joined Matt Damon Monday for a long afternoon on the NYC set of The Adjustment Bureau. After working on a few scenes, they took a quick lunch break before heading home afterward in the dark. Emily had another late night yesterday, when she joined fiance John Krasinski for a premiere of The Red Shoes.

Matt Damon took a timeout from work on The Adjustment Bureau to grab lunch with his wife Luciana yesterday at Sant Ambroeus in NYC. He seems able to make plenty of time for the special ladies in his life despite a busy filming schedule, whether their visits are on set or off. Matt's routine was interrupted last week due to unexpected developments, but he and Luciana seem to have gotten right back into the swing of things with their new life in the Big Apple.

The trailer for Clint Eastwood's Invictus has been released, and it's got me excited for the film. It tells the true story of the 1995 Rugby World Cup Championship, which saw newly elected Nelson Mandela (Morgan Freeman) team up with the captain of South Africa’s rugby team, Francois Pienaar (Matt Damon), to unite the country. It's due out in the UK on 5 February 2010, so check out the trailer below and vote to let me know: will you see it or skip it?

Hope you haven't OD'd on Matt Damon yet! Just yesterday I showed you a preview of his upcoming Jason Bourne-esque action flick, Green Zone and today we get a peek at Invictus. In the upcoming film from Clint Eastwood, Damon stars as a Francois Pienaar, real-life member of South Africa's rugby team who's summoned by Nelson Mandela (Morgan Freeman) to rally support in the country and unite the racial divide.

Matt Damon is officially a Hollywood juggernaut. Not only does he have a ton of movies in the works (a Liberace biopic, an Eastwood film, and as of today a new project with the Coen brothers), and here's a peek at his upcoming thriller Green Zone. Even though I've been anxiously awaiting a fourth Bourne installment, Green Zone looks like a worthy substitute for the time being.

The freight train that is Matt Damon's career is still chugging away at full steam: while he's off filming The Adjustment Bureau, the actor is in talks for yet another upcoming project. Ethan and Joel Coen want Damon, along with Josh Brolin, to star in their upcoming remake of True Grit.
Jeff Bridges is already on board to play US marshal Rooster Cogburn, and Damon would play a lawyer who joins Cogburn and a 14-year-old girl to track down the killer of the girl's father.

Matt Damon had his hands full on the set of The Adjustment Bureau in NYC yesterday. Luciana brought Gia and Isabella to visit him at work, continuing their family time after a weekend in Matt's hometown. We were looking forward to seeing Matt at his ONEXONE charity event here in SF last week, but serious private matters kept the family man on the East Coast and right where he needed to be.

Matt Damon and Luciana brought their daughter Gia out for a walk in Boston today. The family is in his hometown, which means he won't be making it to tonight's event for his charity ONEXONE in SF. Fellow celebrity supporters like Charlize Theron, Josh Groban, and Jeremy Piven will be there to hold down the fort — stay tuned for our updates from the red carpet.
