Mel B hit the red carpet last night for the London premiere of Bad Lieutenant. The Spice Girl was there to support her producer beau Stephen Belafonte and they posed together as they arrived. Mel wore a black silk super short playsuit with fish net tights and suede heels. I'm not sure that this is one of her greatest looks, what do you think?

Mel C, Emma, Geri and Mel B Spice Up Their Dinner Plans

The Spice Girls were reunited in London last night - minus Victoria Beckham - as Emma Bunton, Mel C, Geri Halliwell and Mel B dined out at Palm restaurant. The girls no doubt have a lot to catch up on and celebrate, including the news that Mel C is to take to the West End stage in musical Blood Brothers, while Mel B has been in town to film an ITV show called 7 Days On The Breadline and to guest host on Loose Women. They certainly all seem to get on really well as there were plenty of smiles from them last night - how fun!

Mel B's Hot Bikini Body Makes Her Six Pack Spice

Melanie Brown showed off her six pack as she partied in her bikini with husband Stephen Belafonte at US Weekly's Hot Bodies Pool Party at TAO Beach in Las Vegas over the weekend. Stephen was covering Mel with kisses and cuddles at the party, so it looks like those reports of his bad behaviour aren't causing too much friction. Mel may have kissed goodbye to her own girlband days, but she's getting involved in the industry in a different way: by searching for a new girlband on an X Factor-style show for VH1. Sounds fun!

Trend Alert: Poppy Toenail Varnish

With the weather warming up all over the world this weekend, there was no shortage of sandal-wearing celebrities. I noticed that at the multitude of parties that took place, the toenail polish of choice has been poppy - a bright, flirty cross between pink, orange and red. Three poppy colours that I absolutely adore OPI on Collins Avenue (£9.95) which is a funky reddish-orange, Essie Risky Buininess (£8.50) a neon coral, and Rescue Beauty Lounge Sheer Red (£13.45) because it's not as opaque as the others and it has just a tinge more blue in it.

Mel B Talks Surgery, Sex, Centrefolds and Spice Girls

Mel B showed off her cute jacket outside her hotel in New York City yesterday before heading to Madison Square Garden with hubby Stephen Belafonte to watch the Knicks play the Cavaliers. She's been busy on both sides of the Atlantic with her new fitness DVD, but amidst all the promotion Mel found time to chat with British Glamour about her libido, plastic surgery, Playboy, the Spice Girls and her "rendezvous" with Peter Andre. Here are the highlights:

On her libido: "I know I'll always be faithful to Stephen because I've never met anyone before him sexually who is on a par with me. They start off on a par and then they can't keep up but with him it's perfect. Sex isn't everything though, because it's not like you have sex constantly. Although you do sometimes. But Stephen and I are on the same libido-wave, and I've realised the problem I was making: I only ever dated older men, never anyone my own age. Actually I have never met anybody with a higher sex drive than me ever in my entire life."
On whether she'd have plastic surgery: "I wouldn't say no. If things start dropping I'll do something about it, but I haven't done anything so far."
On whether the rumours are true that she's doing Playboy: "No! There's no way I'd do that. They ask me every couple of months, hoping to catch me on a good day... Still, I'm flattered to be asked, because I'm not this skinny, perfect girl: I'm voluptuous and opinionated."

On how often she sees Victoria Beckham: "We'll link up for birthdays but that's about it. Our kids are friends. Actually I just got a sweet letter from Romeo thanking me for his birthday present."
On the Spice Girls' Reunion: "I think the timing was perfect. It felt right. Plus, it was like getting a sister back you've had for ten years, except that now we're all mothers so it's all about that. This time around our rooms were interlocked so we could all run through and see each other, which was fun."
On whether this is really it for the Spice Girls: "It really is. We said that from the get-go. There'll be no final, final reunion, I promise."
On Peter Andre: "I didn't really go out with him. We had a rendezvous I guess... for a few years. He's lovely and Jordan's a very smart lady with all the stuff she does."

Sugar Bits - Mel B to Star in Topless Burlesque Show

Melanie Brown and fellow Dancing with the Stars alumnus Kelly Monaco are to star in PEEPSHOW, a burlesque-style show due to open in March in Las Vegas. Neither of them will be topless, but the showgirls surrounding them will be. Mel B said she'll be "scantily clad, but in a classy way". They're to star in the show for several months, and a rotation of celebs is expected to then headline. - People
Dani Behr has made a comment about morning sickness after vomiting for 48 hours. Producers on I'm a Celebrity are reportedly sending a pregnancy test into the camp, and Dani might have to quit the show if the result is positive. - Daily Star
