As much as I enjoy womenswear, there's something about Milan Men's fashion week that gets me so excited. Besides the obvious — hot eye candy — it's fun to see the latest and who dares to push the fashion envelope. For Fall '10, we noticed a trend toward pants tucked in boots and a ton of collar love.

Paris ended Men's Fashion Week with a big bang as Lanvin, Louis Vuitton, Jean Paul Gaultier, and Rick Owens, to name a few, wowed us with an eclectic mix of runway looks. While Givenchy played around with manly skirts, others, like Dior Homme, focused on slick suiting options. Of course, I couldn't resist showing you some manjoyment from Givenchy's collection.

Mad Men won Best TV Drama at tonight's Golden Globe awards! Some of the cast headed back to the press room where questions quickly went to John Hamm's beard. He assured the crew that it's due to pure laziness after having to shave twice a day when he's filming the show.

It's no longer a stereotype; a study has concluded that men feel less guilty than women. Whether it's because they genuinely hurt someone or forgot a friend's birthday, the Spanish Journal of Psychology reports hombres are less likely to feel remorse, sorrow, empathy, or anger.
The study used the very scientific method of quizzing 300 men and women, ages 15-50, about hypothetical situations (taking back a promise, not visiting a relative in the hospital, snapping at a friend) and women displayed significantly higher levels of guilt.

One of the films I was most interested in checking out at Sundance was The Company Men. The timely tale, which focuses on three high-paid corporate executives slapped with downsizing at their company, boasts a stellar cast and is already drawing comparisons to Up in the Air. But does it have the potential to enjoy the same success?

The pair star in around forty pages of editorial across the two magazine, mixing high street and designer clothes in the photos, and talking about their careers and their family in the accompanying interview. The number of men who pay for sex doubled between 1995 and 2005. Half of the men say they were under age 21 the first time they solicited a prostitute. One man said his father took him and his brother to a brothel when they were teens.

After the rise of the celebrity chef, men fell into society's cooking line by taking up the hobby like it's snowboarding. Now a magazine for men, called Beef, has launched in Germany, solidifying cooking's place as a socially acceptable masculine hobby. We could thank Top Chef or the manly meat trend (brining, smoking, foraging), and that would probably be accurate.
