Shia LaBeouf was in a familiar outfit yesterday on the NYC set of Money Never Sleeps, where he was joined by costar Michael Douglas for a walk in the park before meeting up with Carey Mulligan. She was back to work this morning, as she balances the demands of filming with those of promoting her latest project. Rumors of trouble between Shia and Carey have surfaced in the past, but things between the dating co-workers seem to be right back on track.

Rihanna Leads the Way With Amazing Women For Glamour

Rihanna stole the show in her dramatic white dress as she and her fellow honorees took the red carpet at last night's Glamour Women of the Year celebration in NYC. Carnegie Hall was brimming with beautiful ladies from Iman to Maria Shriver and Diane von Furstenberg. Catherine Zeta-Jones stood out in blue and had Michael Douglas by her side for support. Rih was just one of a handful of women who were chosen by the magazine, but all eyes were on her - and most of you are loving the look, just the latest in her fashion metamorphosis!

Padma Lakshmi showed off her growing baby bump while one of the evening's honorees Stella McCartney smiled big with her award up on stage where she also had some trouble with her super short skirt. Amy Poehler and Michelle Obama were two of the magazine's other women of the year, though the First Lady didn't attend the event since she was with her husband President Barack Obama visiting with families at Fort Hood. The night was full of inspirational and important females who spoke and mingled, celebrating each other and Glamour's picks. Rihanna has come out strong opening up about her difficult year and what all this means to her – check out Rih's heartfelt speech after the jump.

Rihanna and Stella Join Fellow Women of Year

Glamour Magazine's Women of the Year gathered at Carnegie Hall in New York City yesterday to celebrate each other's successes. Rihanna and Stella McCartney were amongst those honoured, and were joined by Estelle, who performed on stage. Amy Poehler and Serena Williams collected their awards, while Catherine Zeta-Jones was one of the presenters. FabUK wants to know who do you think was best dressed? Shia Suits Up With Michael Douglas on Set

Shia LaBeouf left his motorcycle behind and was back to suits and ties on the set of Money Never Sleeps in NYC earlier today. Michael Douglas joined him, all decked out to reprise his role as Gordon Gekko - hopefully we'll get a glimpse of what kind of updated cell phone he'll be carrying this time around. Shia has been lucky enough to share the screen with a number of legendary actors, so he has some great role models to make sure his career stays strong for decades to come.

Leighton Meester Laughs It Up At New York Fashion Week

Leighton Meester spent some time away from the Gossip Girl set yesterday, taking in some shows and catching up with friends at New York Fashion Week. She spent some fun time giggling with Olivia Thirlby in Bryant Park, before changing her style and adding some red lipstick to attend the Proenza Schouler show. Peaches Geldof was at Anna Sui, while Michael Douglas was spotted at Narciso Rodriguez, and the Gucci event was attended by Mark Ronson, Estelle and Mary J Blige to name a few. It seems like all the celebs are out style spotting in New York this week!

Mary-Kate and Lauren Keep the Fashionable Week Going

The Fashion Week glamour is moving right along, with more star-studded front rows. Lauren Conrad switched gears from working on her own collection to see Nanette Lepore this afternoon, while Leighton Meester stepped out for 3.1 Phillip Lim. Mary-Kate Olsen, meanwhile, was on hand last night for the latest of Vladimir Restoin Roitfeld's art parties, helping when someone fainted while Rachel Zoe kept an eye on Brad Goreski on the dance floor. Rachel then moved on to a party at the Museum of Modern Art with Josh Hartnett and Bar Refaeli, who you guys don't seem to think has found a match in Chace Crawford.

Damon and Douglas to Play Lovers in Liberace Movie

Bet you never thought you'd see Matt Damon and Michael Douglas coupled up on-screen, but get ready. Steven Soderbergh has confirmed that Douglas will play Liberace in his upcoming film about the life and death of the popular 1950s performer. Damon is taking on the role of Scott Thorsen, Liberace's assistant and boyfriend who eventually revealed Liberace's sexuality to the public.

At the Deauville Film Festival, Soderbergh said, "We've already done some costume and wardrobe tests on Michael, and they're very, very, very good. I swear to you, Michael amazed me. He crushed it . . . Matt accepted the challenge. But I have to say I'd already convinced him to gain 30 pounds for The Informant."

I saw The Informant last week (more on that later), and it was really refreshing to see Matt playing an atypical character from what we're used to seeing - I'm looking forward to watching him spread his wings again. Then again, I might be more dazzled by Michael Douglas covered in sequins.
