The work of Tim Burton is being celebrated at the Museum of Modern Art in New York in a brand new exhibition that launched last night, and a selection of stars turned out to take a look at the collection. Tim Burton and his wife Helena Bonham Carter attended and posed for photos with Tim's buddy Johnny Depp, who was looking gorgeous as always! His sexiness has been verified by People magazine who have named him sexiest man alive!

I know what you might be thinking: "Kristen Stewart's hair is too wild for me to pull off." Not so! On the New Moon red carpet tonight, Kristen manages to turn this curly hairstyle, which could easily go more the route of high school-prom, into a funky 'do with plenty of edge.

Diane is just as dynamic when it comes to her hair as she is with the roles she takes. In the past couple months, she's had oodles of offbeat bobby pins, and worn her hair up, down, and in every pretty variation in between. She even started the hot fishtail braid trend back in May.

I've long admired Zooey Dechanel's retro style, and at the Hollywood Awards Gala, she walked the red carpet while wearing this swirly, sparkling headband. The side angle of the hair accessory adds a playfully modern feel, and the bangs bring a fashionable element to her signature look. For a similar take on Zooey's throwback style, check out the widget below for some sparkly black headbands.

Here is a happening do that is a modern take on the old half up, half down style. This look is great for those of you with long layers or one solid length - so basically anyone, but you have to have some substantial length to pull this off. This is also a quick style for women on the go.

Most hotels have websites that list their amenities, and more often than not in these modern times, in-room blow dryers are on offer. I however, always choose to pack my own because I'm completely addicted to it's power, quick drying ability and of course, the savior nozzle that concentrates the air to magically cut down on frizz and flyaways.
I also pack my own hair conditioner, even though that's usually available because I don't like the way some conditioners leave my hair feeling brittle, dry and snarly.

Halloween is the time of year to live out your hair and makeup fantasies. Let loose next Saturday night and let yourself get creative, or simply put a modern spin on the classics by dressing up as a sexy kitty cat, a feisty devil, a fairy princess or a movie or TV witch.
Then you have your icons like Cleopatra and Twiggy, or perhaps you fancy looking like a pop star.

Now that Paris Fashion Week is finally over, it's time to round up another beauty trend from the hottest fashion shows that France has to offer. Red lips have been and will always be in style, as will sexy, bed head hair. But a little more fashion forward and racy is next season's modern take on the white Geisha face.

In his Hollywood directorial debut, Ricky Gervais takes us to an alternate universe where honesty makes the world go round. It's not just that lie-telling is an impossibility; everyone can't help but speak their minds at all times, no matter how personal, embarrassing, or brutal their innermost thoughts may be. The premise of The Invention of Lying is rife for comedy, but the film is also a commentary on religion and has its sad moments as well.
