Technically, this isn't exactly about new products, but Victoria's Secret Beauty is re-launching its Secret Garden collection with new packaging and new formulas. This line of bath and body products is an old cult favorite that feels great on your skin and smells amazing. In fact, VS sells over 68 million products annually! There's a new scent involved in the re-launch, too; it's called Blossoming Romance. Excited yet?

The Secret Garden collection is made up of ten fruity, floral and spicy scents in eight different botanically-based formulas to soften, smooth, and pamper your skin. The formulas include Body Lotion, Body Splash, Body Scrub, Hairspray, Shampoo/Conditioner, Bath Bubbles, Eau de Toilette Spray and Hand & Body Cream.

New Product Alert: Karma Creatives Spring/Summer Collection

When I first came across the Karma Creatives brand, I liked the hip pampering products, but I didn't love 'em. The packaging was a little cheesy, and the fruity scents were tad overwhelming. When your brand is all about a gimmick - in this case "karma in a soap," "karma in a can," and so forth - appearances are very important. So I was glad to see that with its new Spring/Summer 2007 collection, Karma Creatives has expanded its offerings and given its packaging a makeover.

I particularly love the Karmatherapy Travel Pack ($28, above). Clad in subtle sea-tones, it offers all kinds of mini-products that are usually tough to find in travel sizes, including cherry-blossom conditioner and cucumber-aloe face wash. For the other highlights, read more

In addition to its original tin candles, Karma now makes more elegant tumbler candles ($22 each) in four yummy but non-invasive scents: I like Vanilla Peach the best.

But the biggest improvement is in the lip balm. Before, it came in a plastic tub, and the formula solidified over time, making it nearly impossible to use. Now, they come in a hip metal slider ($3.99 each), and the new, creamier balm comes in several very natural and tasty varieties, including Honey and Mint.

I've already shared my love for Mascot so I was super psyched to learn about the new styles they have coming out for the season. Seems like this lil furball thinks surf's up modeling the adoro Aloha line! They've added these Hawaiian-style collars and leads in time for beachy vacay in addition to a Sailors Knot Collar Natural Collection. A variation of the popular Sailors Knot line, the new products are made of a braided rope-like material and can be preordered before their June release. New Product Alert! Juicy Couture Fall 2009

Yes, yes, my first question wondered how many outdoorsy pets need a sleeping bag . . . even for her own pup tent. However, upon closer inspection, this doesn't look that different than a snuggly trundle bed when rolled down on the plush reverse side - perfect for those burrowing pooches who love to hide away (when their only campsite is your bedroom).

New Product Alert: Benefit's "Hello, Flawless!"

When opening the new Hello, Flawless! compact by Benefit, I got flashbacks from disasters of years past; that explains my higher-than-normal nervousness about powdery foundation. Since this product comes with both a sponge and a flat brush, I went for the sponge first and smeared some makeup on my skin: Way too powdery for my tastes, just as I'd expected. I'd yet to try the brush but, feeling far from open-minded, I set the product aside 'til the following day. The next morning I opened the two-tray, mirrored container and took out the brush to give it a whirl and, wow, was I pleased with the results.

For a sheer finish, use light quick strokes from the center of your face outward with the brush – it totally helped even out my skin tone with what a pal called a "magazine-ready finish," and it didn't look cakey. Word to the wise, it is on the messier side (as with any loose powder) so be careful to not get it on your clothing, too! Now, I'm just using a light daily dusting of this product over moisturizer. Four of the six shades are available online, and they should all be in stores within the next few weeks. I never thought I'd say this, but I love my powder makeup!
