Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo announced earlier this Summer that they'd parted ways after years of dating, but it looks like they've reconciled after a few months apart. Nick and Vanessa have apparently been spotted looking cozy multiple times over the last few weeks, and Life & Style snagged a photo of them out together in NYC on Wednesday. So, tell us - are you excited Nick and Vanessa are back together?

Vanessa Gets What's Left of Nick

Everyone seems to be watching Nick and Vanessa very closely. US Weekly caught them together in these photos in Toronto. After his performance and where Vanessa was cheering Nick on the twosome were seen getting very cozy. US reports:

The duo later headed to club Mink, where Minnillo danced to Nellyâ€™s â€œHot in Herreâ€? as Lachey sat and watched. After 3 a.m., the pair retired to the SoHo Metropolitan Hotel. The following day, Lachey and Minnillo went to the Courthouse Chamber Lounge, where, a source says, â€œthey were fully making out. Clearly they were both having a good time.â€?

The Scoop reports that Jessica is "devastated" about Nick and Vanessa being together since the girls used to be friends. Apparently Jess confided in Minnillo about her issues with their marriage. Vanessa helped urge Jessica to leave Lachey. Hmmm.....wonder who thought up this story (coughing Pimp Daddy Simpson under my breath)?

CAN'T BUY LOVE Crooner Nick Lachey and MTV veejay Vanessa Minnillo were just paparazzied swapping spit in Mexico, but when they hit the swag suite at Canada's MuchMusic Video Awards, "It was like they didn't even know each other," according to a Lowdown spy who witnessed their weekend visit. "Nick didn't want to come into the gift lounge unless his whole band could shop, too" â€” at $20,000 per swag bag. As for Minnillo, "She was on one side and he was on the other side of the room. At the Glam jewelry station, she said out of nowhere, 'Nick and I have the same birthday'" â€” Nov. 9 â€” "and then she basically said, 'It's either going to be great for us or it's going to be a total disaster.'" Minnillo even picked up some 2xist men's boxer shorts, but claimed they were for her personal use. At Sunday's awards, Lachey performed his breakup hit "What's Left of Me" and attended solo.

How cool was it that he would not go if he could not hook up his whole team. Just another reason to love Nick Lachey!

Nick & Vanessa Still Jet Setting

Nick and Vanessa returned to LAX yesterday from NYC where they celebrated the opening of The Atelier. The bi-coastal couple bought a two bedroom condo on the east coast for $1 million. Guess this means we can expect to see a lot more of Nick and Vanessa at the airport traveling from coast to coast in the future. Thrilling, isn't it?

Nick and Vanessa may be moving on from their scandalous hot tub photos, but we're still getting some lingering news on them. Remember that "technical error" during Nick's interview last week? Fox 5 has confirmed that Nick pulled the plug on the interview as soon as he was asked about the photos. A simple "no comment" probably would've worked, but it wouldn't have had quite the same dramatic effect. Obviously Nick meant business when he didn't want to address the photos and the newscaster completely disrespected him. I doubt he'll be going back on air with that station anytime soon.

Nick and Vanessa Share Birthdays and Parties

It must be fate, not just non-stop vacations, that keeps Vanessa Minnillo and Nick Lachey together because the couple share a birthday - November 9 - just seven years apart. Earlier this week Vanessa paid a visit to the vet to have her cute pup Wookie's cast taken off. Then to belatedly celebrate their special day Nick and Vanessa partied with, oh, hundreds of their closest friends in Las Vegas at LAX nightclub on Wednesday. In a pre-party interview, Nick reflected on his year, saying, "2007 has been a rebuilding year for me… music, studio, learning things about who I am as a man... I think it’s exciting." Cute doggy, cute couple... seems like Vanessa and Nick have all the ingredients for a pretty great b-day.

Nick and Vanessa Move Past Knife Scandal

Nick obviously doesn't have a problem with Vanessa's recently discovered Lindsay Lohan knife playing photoshoot since he was spotted standing by his lady in Hollywood yesterday. While Vanessa is hoping this wont hurt her career, more details are emerging from that now famous night. Apparently the images were taken at musician Sean Lennon's NYC apartment early in the morning on June 16, 2006 after they had all been partying at Bungalow 8. US Weekly reports more about Vanessa's past:

"A lot of Nick's friends were complaining about what a party girl she was," says a Minnillo source. "There were many nights in the beginning when Vanessa was a total mess and Nick didn't know what to do."

"Vanessa used to be a completely crazy, wild girl," confirms a Minnillo pal. "She'd be the girl that would jump on the tables at every nightclub."

We've seen Vanessa get tipsy before but it looks like Nick's a good influence on her and has kept her from getting too out of line. Every girl deserves to party but we think the knives and seductive shots were a bit much.

Nick and Vanessa on TRL Together

Nick was on TRL today premiering his new video. Vanessa was back to co-hosting after being MIA from the show for a few weeks. Nick and Vanessa barely made eye contact during his appearance, despite the fact they were all over each other at Butter the other night. At one point, Vanessa even commented that Nick has been everywhere lately, which got a very awkward response from Nick. Nick and Vanessa headed to Washington this weekend to support the Tacoma Rainiers (Nick's Triple A baseball team) and for a celebrity charity softball game. Nick showed up for some batting practice but it looked like he spent more time making out with Vanessa on the field - now that their affections have been exposed to the world, hey why not? Vanessa even wore a jersey bearing Nick's last name. It's not exactly on the same level as the cute Beckham boys wearing David's number, but we'll give her points for supporting Nick's passion for sports.

Nick and Vanessa were rollin' VIP at last night's Lakers/Knicks game in NY. Vanessa may not be an avid sports fan, but she is sure patient enough to sit around while Nick fantasizes about someday himself playing pro-ball. Which is totally going to happen someday, never give up, Nick. Hey, at least he's finally found a good woman who wants to share a few beers while enjoying the sweet, sweet odor of man-sweat mixed with the aromas of thousands of strangers. Delicious.

Should Nick and Vanessa Move in Together?

Are Nick and Vanessa taking things to the next level? Nick seems to be making some big changes in his life. Not only did the sports fanatic just become part owner of the Tacoma Rainiers baseball team, but it sounds like he and Vanessa may be moving in together. Apparently the couple is looking at homes in LA, and Vanessa is thinking about quitting her MTV gig to move out to the West Coast. What do you think? Should Nick and Vanessa move in together?

Nick and Vanessa Just Rolling (Their Luggage) Along

Joy of joys! Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are at the airport again! Seriously though, it's kind of like they're living that Tom Hanks movie The Terminal only instead of being stuck in a terminal, they're stuck in the pick up/drop off curbside area. Moving on, Vanessa had a big old smile on her face picking up Nick at LAX yesterday. Hopefully this means any sort of cold spell for these lovebirds has passed. While I still have moments when I miss Nick and Jess together, he and Vanessa seem like they're here to stay. Maybe there will even be another diamond engagement ring in his future?
