Take this L'Agence Long Henley Dress ($235) she wore out and about in LA. True, you have to be rather svelte to wear it, but the casual henley style makes her appear approachable. Of course Nicole wore Loubs and a Givenchy bag to up the glam factor.

White Rabbit Nicole Brings Tinkerbell Harlow Out on Halloween!

Nicole Richie made for a cute White Rabbit as she brought Tinkerbell Harlow to a Halloween party on Saturday. With Joel off in Australia performing with Benji, Nicole was on holiday duty with their two kids, though Sparrow didn't get dressed up for the festivities with his mom and sister. Nicole had said that she wanted Harlow to dress up as a character from Alice in Wonderland as well, but the two-year-old had her heart set on Tinkerbell. While Nicole's costume was perfectly coordinated, we still couldn't help but notice what looks like a diamond band on her ring finger. Joel denied the rumors that they secretly tied the knot earlier this month, so perhaps she's just wearing it to signify their commitment.

Looks like Nicole Richie's Emilio Pucci Sleeveless High-Neck Dress, $1,070, was a hit! It's not surprising given the uniqueness of the dress and of course, your great taste! Too bad paying over a grand for a frock is not in our near-future plans. Alas, we scoured the net for an alternative with a similar feel - hope you dig it!

When I ran into this Arden B. Scarf Print Trapeze Dress, $138, it reminded me a lot of Nicole's Pucci dress for several reasons. First, it has the same high-neck. Next, both prints are psychedelic and fun. Finally, they are both highlighted by blue undertones. They're by no means identical, but the Arden B. version conveys a similar look and feel. And it'll save you a whole lotta dough!

First Look! House of Harlow Shoes

Earlier this month, Nicole Richie announced plans to launch a contemporary womenswear line in time for Spring 2010. The whole collection is yet to be unveiled, but I can now show you some of the footwear! It will be available from MyWardrobe from early 2010 and I have a sneak preview of the footwear for you. The shoes reflect Nicole's own style with an eclectic mix of influences. She explained,

“Fashion should be accessible. That was my philosophy when designing House of Harlow 1960 and it remains my philosophy for Winter Kate. I started working on this collection in early 2009, the pieces can be dressed up, made casual but most importantly, they provide the wearer a means of self-expression and fun.”

I really like the cut out ankle boots and the detail on the heels on the black peep toe. What do you think of Nicole's footwear debut?

Nicole, Joel and Harlow Get Ready For Sparrow's First Halloween

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden brought Harlow out to pick pumpkins yesterday in LA. This Halloween will be a special one for the family, as it's their very first with baby Sparrow - ICYMI, check out his debut! Nicole is apparently aiming for an Alice in Wonderland-themed holiday, though she recently joked about dressing Sparrow like a mummy, saying, "I will wrap him up in toilet paper and make him a little mummy. He doesn't care." Harlow looked happy as could be to join in on all the fun at the pumpkin patch - click through to see their good time!
