While the celebrities in NYC were getting glamorous at the Costume Institute Gala, another group of stars was partying at Nylon's Young Hollywood Party in LA. Kellan Lutz smiled on the carpet, representing Twilight while his costars were busy filming in Vancouver. Audrina Patridge, Stephanie Pratt and Lo Bosworth looked happy and chatted together inside the party.

A newly blonde Kelly Osbourne attended Nylon Magazine's Young Hollywood Issue Party at The Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood with fiancé Luke Worrell yesterday. The couple were joined by Twilight's Kellan Lutz and his 90210 castmate Ryan Eggold, and a trio of girls from The Hills brought some glamour to the occasion. Check out pictures of all the attendees.
Leighton Meester in Bedazzled Preen: Love It or Hate It?
Leighton Meester has been known to push the fashion envelope every so often, so when we spotted her wearing this unique Preen dress at the Nylon Mexico launch party we had to dish. Her bedazzled LBD has an interesting mesh overlay and corset-like panel running across the chest. For adornments, the Gossip Girl chose a multi-colored bracelet by House of Lavande, a stingray barrel clutch by Cecelia, and a pair of strappy black sandals.
Paris and Lauren Join the Kids of 90210 to Celebrate TV
Nylon magazine gathered some pretty young things at the Roosevelt Hotel in LA last night to celebrate their first-ever TV issue. Ryan Eggold and Adam Gregory represented the boys of the 90210 spinoff, while Shenae Grimes and AnnaLynne McCord — who are the issue's cover girls — posed together for photos. On the reality TV side, Lauren Conrad and Paris Hilton looked great as they strutted their stuff on the red carpet.
Lohan Is Super Duper Happy About Her NYLON Party
Lindsay Lohan looked pissed off about something at a party celebrating her NYLON magazine cover at Tejune in NYC last night. She obviously would have rather been somewhere else, which is why (after changing the dress) she and her newest (and past) boytoy, Calum Best jetted off to wherever the night took them. Linds must be proud of this one, as she was reportedly bragging about conquering him in that one very scandalous article.

Who Wore it Better? Preen LBD
Sarah Harding celebrated her birthday over the weekend with a party at her night spot, Kanaloa. She wore a Spring 2009 Preen dress to the party, which we saw much earlier in the year on Leighton Meester at a Nylon party. Leighton wore hers with strappy sandals whilst Sarah went for slightly chunkier heels and a gold clutch.
Spotted: Russell and Katy Make an Appearance at PFW!
Russell Brand and Katy Perry were spotted together in the City of Love last night, arriving at the Fendi Party. After spending time together in Thailand, Katy tore herself away from her new boyfriend for Paris Fashion Week, but Russell has finally followed her to the French Capital to make good on his Twitter promise on Sunday, when he tweeted: "Paris fashion week? What do they do for the other fifty one weeks?
