Gap and Nylon Fête Gap's New Soho Concept Store

The stars spread some holiday cheer last night at Gap's new 8,000-square-foot concept store in Soho. The always-adorable Becki Newton and Emmy Rossum stopped by and tried on scarves and hats. The City's Roxy Olin also made a cameo and left with a bag full of goodies. Good thing because 30 percent of of all purchases benefited Feeding America. There was live music, Christmas trees, candy canes, cozy sweaters, and lots of holiday love to go around.

Nikki and Kellan Get Close and Cozy For Nylon

Nikki Reed and Kellan Lutz posed together in Fall tones for Nylon magazine. The on-screen couple looks adorable side-by-side, but in real life Nikki's happy with her boyfriend Paris Latsis and Kellan has been getting close with AnnaLynne McCord. Nikki and Kellan opened up to the magazine about their crazy lives in the wake of Twilight's success and what they do to get away from it all. Here's more:

Nikki on the initial success of Twilight: "We were just making a little independent film in Portland. . . I don’t know what happened. . . We’ve lived this entire year in shock."
Nikki on their new costar Bryce Dallas Howard: "Bryce is handling it like a champion. She’s beautiful, talented, and a wonderful addition."
Kellan on going out in public: "I used to love going to my local high school football games near my house. And I cant’ really go there anymore, without being wise. . . I do have a few wigs, actually. And sometimes I grow my facial hair out. I wanted to walk around Comic-Con this year, so I dressed kinda homeless. But someone recognized me and posted it online. I was like, 'Thanks. Now I can’t wear that again.'"

Zac Efron Puts on Plaid For the Cover of Nylon Guys

Zac Efron was sadly all covered up for the November cover of Nylon Guys. While we like Zac shirtless, he still looks great even sporting his signature beanie. He's promoting Me and Orson Welles, which comes out next month - check out the trailer here. The more serious movie is a departure from the kid-friendly roles that made him famous and won him awards. Recently, Zac's been working on The Death and Life of Charlie St. Cloud in Vancouver. In the interview, he talks about his work, Disney fame and his natural musical talent. Here are highlights:

On Me and Orson Welles: “It’s the first time I’ve ever watched a movie [that I’m in] and in the end I’m like, ‘OK! I didn’t check my watch once!’”
On growing up musically inclined: “I was constantly singing. I would hear things on the radio and just be able to spit them out instantly, with perfect memorization and tone. It wasn’t like I took pride in it; there was no effort. My parents were like ‘Shut up. Please stop singing. It’s annoying.’”
On Disney fame: “I try not to look at all of it. You can’t enjoy or celebrate it; it’s not a real thing. The face on the lunchbox and shit-you can’t share that with your friends.”
On whether celebrity albums are necessary: “If anyone asked themselves that, then we wouldn’t have the crap we are listening to today. If your heart’s not in it, don’t do it. And don’t do it for money. That’s my philosophy.”

Megan Fox Flaunts Her "It Girl" Status on the Cover of Nylon

Megan Fox is on the October cover of Nylon, as she keeps making the rounds to promote Jennifer's Body despite its rather lackluster first weekend at the box office. She's also set to host Saturday Night Live tomorrow, though you guys aren't too thrilled about seeing her on the season opener. As always, she sat down to give a controversial interview - this time touching on issues like kissing Amanda Seyfried and her Marilyn Monroe tattoo. Here's more:

On seeing her in Jennifer's Body: "It's a comedy, which no one has really seen me do before. It might be a complete failure on my part. But the fact that I had to really put myself out there is totally different than being able to hide behind the magic of ILM [Industrial Light and Magic, which did special effects for Transformers]. That's no hiding from anything. There's nothing there to distract you from my performance. So if it's bad, it's going to be f*cking bad for me. And if it's good, then I will have achieved something on some level."
On her Marilyn Monroe tattoo: "I'm really knowledgeable of her life, but I would never want to emulate her. She's not, like, a hero of mine. And I don't find any amazing parallels where I feel like we're one and the same, or any shit like that."
On kissing Amanda Seyfried in their film: "They slowed the film down or something. Amanda was extremely uncomfortable doing it, because she doesn't kiss girls. She hated it. I was way more comfortable with it than she was. And if I have to kiss a stranger for work, I would much rather it be a female than a male."

Ashley Greene Talks Twilight With Nylon

Ashley Green sat down with Nylon to chat about her life in the wake of Twilight's incredible success. We caught up with Ashley and her costar Kellan Lutz at the MTV Movie Awards, when she revealed that she wants to train with a circus this Summer during her hiatus from filming. She shared a little more with the magazine about how the cast gets along, and she also had a few things to say about Robert Pattinson. Here's more:

On Rob Pattinson’s fame: "Oh God. Poor Rob is already a Beatle. His whole life is documented. If he picks his nose, it's all over the Internet. He's just done for. I think he's kinda freakin' out, like, 'What the f*ck is going on?'"
On the Twilight cast: "We get along really well," she says of her co-stars, who are all confirmed through at least a third movie. "And thank God! Can you imagine going back over and over if we didn't?"

Dev Discusses His Developing Career

Dev Patel had a fun chat with Nylon magazine during a recent photoshoot for their Young Hollywood issue in Philadephia. He's out in the States shooting his new movie The Last Airbender, directed by M. Night Shyamalan. Dev showed off a few of his moves, talked about his Mum and breaking the Hollywood norm, and generally came across as the genuine, down to earth teenager we've come to expect. Enjoy!

Kaya, Luke, Jack and the Skins Gang Natter With Nylon

The Skins cast are featured in Nylon magazine this month, with Kaya Scodelario, Luke Pasqualino, Ollie Barbieri, Lisa Backwell, Lily Loveless and Jack O'Connell chatting to the American publication about their experiences of acting and how the show is affecting their lives. Here are some extracts from their interview:

Ollie on his debut acting role in Skins: “Wouldn’t have it any other way. How better to start your acting career than in something everyone is talking about, eh?”
Kaya on her schooldays: “The reason I got into acting is because I had a very difficult time at school. I was bullied a lot. This way my way out, basically – my way of getting respect. Guess What? It worked.”
Jack on deciding between acting and football: “But I’d seen the way some of my friends’ sporting dreams had gone, and I didn’t want to spend my life on the substitutes’ bench. Acting is much more real. More fun.”

Lisa on getting the part of Pandora: “This is more than a dream. It’s fantasy: I’m gobsmacked. My mum is very happy for me. I don’t speak to my dad about [the show's adult themes].”

Luke on being recognised: “I was recognised in a bar the other day. This bloke came up to me and called me a tw*t. Suppose I’m going to have to learn to deal with things like, right?”

Behind the Seams: Nylon's 10th Birthday Bash

To help celebrate its decade of existence, Nylon Magazine invited all its fabulous friends to the Thompson LES Hotel in New York City last night. Who made the guest list? Christian Siriano, Alexandra Richards, Ciara, Marc Jacobs's fiance Lorenzo Martone, and Taylor Momsen, who announced she's designing costumes for her rock band's upcoming tour. As with any other birthday bash, a yummy (and pink!) birthday cake was on hand, as were drinks, clothing, and makeup. Happy 10th birthday, Nylon. May you live to be 100.
