Casual Friday is reinstituted at Dunder-Mifflin on last night's episode of The Office, now that Michael is back in charge. Angela hates it because she thinks everyone looks inappropriate, and is especially bent out of shape about Oscar's sandals. Michael's interpretation of casual Friday is a hoodie, t-shirt, and jeans, Pam and Phyllis show up in the same khaki pants and purple plaid shirt, Meredith rocks a skimpy tube dress (with no underwear), and Kelly shows off her street style in overalls, metallic boots, and a hat.

Woman Shows Off Almost-Bare Assets at Work

Last I checked there wasn't a skins option for office attire - shirts are mandatory! And pants for that matter, unless you're the woman in this video! An offended worker wrote to Slate's Dear Prudence about her exhibitionist co-worker, and they appreciated the story so much her letter was brought to cartoon life. Would you handle the situation by taking it to your boss or confronting the woman yourself, or would a co-worker flashing her assets be no big deal?

Victoria Opens Up About Sharing a Bed With Sexy David!

Victoria Beckham looked a bit sheepish as she left her management's office in London to return to her hotel last night, perhaps because quotes from her interview with Allure have been released. When asked if she prefers sleep or sex, Victoria replied: "Sex! I'm getting into bed with David Beckham every night, so, you know, there'd be something wrong if I said 'sleep'." Victoria also revealed all about her bedroom attire, admitting: "I tend to wear nothing, but David bought me these little sets from Agent Provocateur, his favourite store." These comments follow hot on the heels of Victoria praising David for his inclusion on People's Sexiest Men of the Year list: "He idolizes our three boys, and this is what makes him 'the sexiest man alive' to me." While her personal life is rosy, Victoria still has to deny rumours about her business life, with her rep shooting down those reports about Blake Lively modelling for her line.

On the subject of her bronzed skin: "I don't self-tan anymore. It's frustrating when people criticise my colour. It's the colour that I am! I wear sunblock, but I live in a hot climate."
On whether she'd order salad or chips in a restaurant: "Salad. I'm not going to lie. I'm not one of these people that says, 'Oh, I eat hamburgers.'"

Did You Ever Have to Follow a Dress Code You Despised?

Dwight calls Dunder-Mifflin's new dress code a death sentence on last night's episode of The Office. He can no longer wear the short-sleeved button-downs that he wore with a tie every day, and he can't stop tugging at the long sleeves he's now forced to wear. 50 Strangers Throw Couple Surprise Wedding Reception

The improv gurus behind No Pants Subway Rides teamed up this week to throw a surprise wedding reception for a random, unsuspecting couple. Fifty wannabe guests got dressed in their matrimonial attire, and headed down to Manhattan's City Clerk's office.

One couple was selected and led to tents that had been borrowed from a just-finished job fair. The guests (again, all strangers) cheered during the couple's first toast, watched them share their first dance, and boogied down with them for a couple of hours. One stranger gave the best man toast, and the bride and "maid of honor" met for the first time. After the gifts (mostly gift cards), the couple hopped in a pedicab complete with "Just Married" signage and took a ride around New York City.

Ask Savvy: What Should I Wear to a Job Interview?

Q: Dear Savvy,

I have an advanced degree in Science and Engineering and am currently job hunting. I keep seeing and hearing conflicting reports about what to wear to my interviews. Any advice?

A: Office attire seems to be a common theme this week - the Project Runway contestants certainly had some interesting and varied ideas of what attire is appropriate for a college graduate entering the working world. Some of their creations may have passed once you've been established as an employee, but figuring out what to wear on an interview is more pressing because it's all about making your best first impression. See my tips for interview appropriate attire when you read more.

The general rule for interview attire is to dress one step up from the company's dress code (unless of course their dress code is formal). So, if employees adhere to business casual guidelines, than you should choose to wear a suit for your interview. Likewise, if you're interviewing in a casual office you'll want to dress one step up. I don't recommend wearing jeans to an interview, even if they are your dressy denim.

I find that a well-tailored (but not mini-length!) dress can be a great solution when you're interviewing in a casual office. If you're someone who is more comfortable in pants, then wear a freshly-pressed pair of pants that are more dressed up than jeans and a top that is conservative but not stiff. And if you're not sure of the dress code? Call the office's main number and ask the receptionist!

John Krasinski Puts on His Jim Halpert Face

John Krasinski flashed a big grin in his typical Jim Halpert attire on a break from shooting The Office this week. Jenna Fischer was also spotted hanging out by the trailers, which of course is making us think about all of the fun on last night's episode. Seeing this onscreen couple all dressed up for the Emmys was a treat, but having them back to flirting in the office on Thursday nights is even better. Even if it didn't make our list of 15 Fall shows to watch, Jim and Pam still get an honorable mention.

John Krasinski Suits Up to Hang Out Poolside

John Krasinski may have been wearing Office attire for his photoshoot with Parade Magazine, but he was definitely looking more John than Jim Halpert posing poolside and with a super cute pup. In the article, John talks even more about how much he respects George Clooney, and how grateful he is for his role on the small screen. Here are highlights:

On Clooney as a director: “A very classy guy-hands-on and enthusiastic, and his enthusiasm is contagious. He insists that you work to achieve what he calls ‘a good moment.’ ”
On what he did during writers' strike hiatus: I spent my time off editing and working on my next movie,” said John. “I really missed The Office. I was dying to get back. It’s more like a theater family than television-like we do a different play every week. We’re back on the air beginning April 10 and plan to do six or seven episodes. I would be nowhere without this show. Every single door that has opened to me is due to The Office.”

Sounds like John is just as excited as we are for more epsiodes of The Office. Luckily, we'll get to see more of John even sooner than that, because Leatherheads opens April 4th.

When you think of office attire you probably think of dark coloured suits, dull blouses and boring shoes. However, as Sugar reader jennyjenny proves this doesn't have to be the case. She injected a lot of colour in to her work wardrobe with this great Spring outfit.

Jenny McCarthy Shows Off Her Super Serious Face

Jenny McCarthy debuted her freshly cut bob (now with bangs!) paired with a not-so-hot outfit at the ET Canada Studio in Toronto on Friday. Aside from the futuristic attire, Jenny looks like she stepped into a no-smile zone. Maybe reading some of the reviews for her man's Horton Hears A Who will be just the ticket to cracking that stone face. It already won over our very own Buzz, and we have a feeling it will be a big hit at the box office this weekend.
