This year Gwyneth Paltrow is going to clear her mind and give meditation a try. Before you write this off as another one of Gwyneth's questionable health practices or categorize meditation as something hippies, Buddhists, and the new agey do in incense filled rooms, hear me out. Meditation is an easy way to alleviate stress and anxiety and it doesn't cost a dime.

Though I've never been an advocate of a full-out detox, this time of year, I'm always trying to eat more healthfully and mindfully. While revisiting Gwyneth Paltrow's GOOP.com this week, I thought, why not give one of the detox recipes a go? This broccoli and arugula soup caught my eye and seemed like the perfect choice for Winter temperatures.

Last week it was revealed that Gwyneth Paltrow would be the next designer to launch her own clothing range. The actress is teaming up with Zoe Tee’s to create a seven look capsule collection, but typically for Gwyneth it has a charitable twist as all profits will go to Kids Company. Today WWD unveiled images of the collection which is said to combine '70s glamour with rock inspiration.

Gwyneth Paltrow headed out early yesterday to drop off her son Moses at his school in London. She was dressed warmly to protect against the freezing Winter temperatures in England, but her long coat and favorite striped hat were no match for the ice — she ended up getting into a minor fender bender on her way back home and had to get out and exchange insurance info with the other driver. The Paltrow-Martins seem to be hunkering down in the UK for the season, but Gwyneth will soon be back to business in the US when it comes time to promote Iron Man 2 and film her upcoming country music movie with Leighton Meester.

Gwyneth Paltrow looked chic in black on Friday night as she made her way through LAX. She's in the US after spending the last few weeks in the UK with her kids Moses and Apple while trying to stay warm during an unusually cold English Winter. Gwyneth also focused on sticking to her gym routine — along with, of course, one of her famous detoxes — as she gears up for a rigorous year of filming new projects and promoting old ones.

Gwyneth Paltrow never ceases to amaze with her effortlessly cool looks. While dodging the paps at LAX, the multitalented actress wore a slick, all-black ensemble. Her base layers, comprised of black skinnies and a loose tee, are snazzed up with a cool draped coat and over-the-knee suede boots.

Gwyneth Paltrow knew how to stay warm as she headed into her workout this morning in London. The actress doesn't need the motivation of a New Year's resolution to hit the gym, but it still helps to kickstart any regular routine. Speaking of 2010, her Iron Man 2 is high on our list of what to look forward to and also made Buzz's 10 movies she's excited to see.

Looks like Leighton Meester is ready to show off her pipes on the big screen: She and Gwyneth Paltrow are both set to star in Love Don't Let Me Down, a drama about country singers. Paltrow plays an industry has-been who meets a young, up-and-comer (Garrett Hedlund). They team up to go on tour with Paltrow's on-screen husband (Tim McGraw) and a former beauty queen (Meester); drama and hookups inevitably ensue.
