The 2009 TV Quick Awards took place last night in London celebrating some of the biggest names from the small screen. Stars from soaps and TV dramas all partied together and sipped champagne at The Dorchester hotel. Check out PopSugar UK for a full list of winners. Red Carpet and Winners at TV Quick & TV Choice Awards

A whole host of stars from the small screen made their way to the Dorchester in London last night for the TV Quick & TV Choice Awards. Kate Walsh celebrated The Apprentice's Best Reality Show win, while Keeley Hawes was happy to see Best Drama Series go to Ashes To Ashes. Billie Piper was stylish in her simple outift, Ali Bastian took time out from Strictly Come Dancing training to enjoy the ceremony, and Skins costars Kaya Scodelario and Lily Loveless cuddled up for the cameras. FabUK has the lowdown on the red carpet style and wants to know who you think was best dressed on the night.

EastEnders won three awards, including Best Soap Newcomer for Lauren Crace, Best Soap Storyline and the coveted Best Soap. Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly were presented with the first ever Outstanding Contribution Award in honour of their 20-year career in TV, and the duo also picked up Best Entertainment Show Award for Saturday Night Takeaway. The gang from Loose Women won Best Daytime Show and partied the night away with stars including Peter Andre, whose divorce gets underway at the High Court today.

Trend Alert: Centre Parts at the 2009 BAFTA TV Awards

Last night at the Television BAFTA Awards, the most popular hairstyle of the evening was centre parts. This is a familiar style that we typically see on celebrities at affairs. I love the way the lengths on those that wore their hair down was unstructured and for Louise Redknapp and Tamara Beckwith, they let tendrils fall loosely to the wayside for a more casual effect. Trend Alert: Red Dresses at 2009 BAFTA TV Awards

Red was appropriately one of the dominant colours at last night's BAFTA TV Awards. The colour looked gorgeous on long sweeping gowns worn by many of the celebrity guests. From Louise Redknapp's tiered number, to Patsy Kensit's mermaid frock to Michelle and Tanya's plunging neckline gowns it proved to be a popular shade! The penchant for a royal coloured ensemble is not a new trend. I noticed it starting to emerge late last year when Joan Collins, amongst others, dressed up in the style.

2009 BAFTA TV Awards: The Winners

The press room was packed last night as the winners and presenters filed through after presenting and picking up trophies at the BAFTA TV Awards. It was an exciting night for Skins stars Kaya Scodelario and Hannah Murray, who beamed as they held up the only award that BAFTA TV Awards audience had voted for, while Kenneth Branagh held up the Drama series award he picked up for Wallander. Other winners included Harry Hill, David Mitchell, The Bill, Mad Men and The X Factor - what an exciting, star-studded night!

Women Dazzle in Blues and Reds at BAFTA TV Awards

The women walked the red carpet in style at the BAFTA TV Awards at London's Royal Festival Hall this evening. Although an array of colours were on display, two colours ruled: blue and red. Tess Daly covered her growing baby bump with blue ruffles, and Fellowship winner Jennifer Saunders also kept her hemline short. Davina McCall and Mischa Barton both took their blue gowns to the floor and looked gorgeous in the evening sunshine.

The red carpet also hosted ladies in red, as many female stars matched their dresses to their environment. Tanya Bryer, Louise Redknapp, Patsy Kensit and Michelle Ryan were all scarlet women in their floor length and fabulous gowns. Do you have a favourite? Sugar Bits - Madonna Injured In Horseriding Accident

Madonna was injured when a photographer scared her horse and she fell from the saddle at the weekend. Her publicist Liz Rosenberg said: "The accident occurred when the horse Madonna was riding was startled by paparazzi who jumped out of the bushes to photograph the singer, who was visiting friends on Eastern Long Island over the weekend. Madonna will be having further tests and will continue to remain under observation by doctors." - PopSugar
Calvin Harris has held on to the number one spot in the singles charts with "I'm Not Alone", while Lady GaGa's The Fame stays at the top of the album charts. Eminem's comeback single was the highest new entry, going in at number eight. - BBC

Pan Or Praise: Who Do You Think You Are?

The fifth series of Who Do You Think You Are? started on BBC One last night, with Patsy Kensit finding out about her ancestors and the roots of her late father's criminality.

Over the coming weeks we will also see Esther Rantzen, Jodie Kidd, Laurence Llewellyn-Bowen, Boris Johnson and Jerry Springer delve into their families' fascinating pasts.

Love It or Hate It? Patsy Kensit

Actress Patsy Kensit, is sporting a grown up version of the rock chick look she used to love. She's wearing her trademark thick black eyeliner, for dinner at Cipriani in London, last night – with fiance, Jeremy Healy.

I like that she's kept her makeup natural, and just gone for a hint of lip gloss. Although, I have to admit, her hair is looking a little flat.
