Planning for the big day can be really stressful. Working women/brides-to-be have so much to think about: flowers, the ceremony, invitations, bridesmaids, the cake, and the honeymoon. Planning the wedding is almost a full time job!

If you're a fan of The New Pornographers, you know that catching Neko Case on tour with the band isn't always the easiest feat. Recently I was checking out Podfitness, a new site that offers personal training podcasts by many prominent trainers. Names such as as David Kirsch (Heidi Klum's trainer), Mandy Ingber (Jennifer Aniston's trainer), Michael George (Reese Witherspoon's trainer), and Danny Bonaduce (former child actor?) are available by download.
Wait, Danny Bonaduce.

To make laundry time fly by, download podcasts and listen to some great comedy or talk radio to help pass the time. Not only will it speed up your chore time, but it will also help you to catch up on current events. My favorite pass-the-time podcast is Wait Wait Don't Tell Me.

A few years ago, I received multiple mass e-mails from friends warning me about inflammatory breast cancer. I have to tell you: I ignored them. It seemed like an urban myth to me at the time.
