Year-End Poll Results: How Many Weddings Did You Attend This Year?

I've definitely had my fair share of Summers where it seems every weekend is consumed by a wedding. They can be great fun but also very exhausting and expensive. This year, I was lucky enough to have only three weddings to attend, but I was curious about how many you attended in 2007.

According to my year-end poll, half of you were on par with me, attending anywhere from one to three weddings in 2007. Thirty-five percent of you, surprisingly, didn't attend a single wedding this year, while 12 percent of you made it to three to six. Hey, it could be worse: Three readers said they attended well over 13 weddings!

Year-End Poll Results: Faking Orgasms

According to Tracey Cox, iVillage's sex expert, only 30 percent of women orgasm from penetration alone. Which means that sometimes, we just gotta fake it. So a few weeks ago, I asked you to weigh in on how many orgasms you faked in 2007.

The results were both surprising and encouraging! Most of you aren't faking it at all: The most popular response, with 30 percent of the votes, was "I'm honest with my partner so I don't feel the need to have to fake it." Another 22 percent of you said that you never have to fake it, because you can orgasm easily. I'm glad to hear that so many of you are having highly satisfying and/or very honest sexual relationships.

Year-End Poll Results: Fights With the Best Friend

Fighting with a best friend is one of the worst feelings in the world, but when you spend a lot of time with someone, the occasional argument is inevitable. So as part of my year-end coverage, I polled you guys about how many fights you had with your best friend in 2007.

I was delighted to see that most of you - about 40 percent - had zero fights with your BFF in 2007, while 27 percent of readers had just one major fight and 23 percent of you had two to five tiffs. Here's to a conflict-free new year!

Year-End Poll Results: First Dates

Two weeks ago I asked you how many first dates you went on in 2007 and the option of zero to five won by a landslide! I don't know about you, but I hate dating! I feel like I'm being put on the spot, and trying to impress the guy I'm with really isn't much fun.

Even though the majority of you are in committed relationships, there were still 13 percent who were dating machines this year. Since the grass is always greener, let all the taken women out there live vicariously through you and share some of your best- and worst-dating stories of the year! Year-End Poll Results: First Kiss

Thank you all for participating in our year-end coverage, it's been a lot of fun to read about what you've all been up to in 2007. For my first poll, I asked you how many first kisses you had in '07, and the results were far less than I anticipated!

Thirty-nine percent of you didn't have any first kisses at all, 53 percent of you had between one and ten, and the remaining nine percent had between 15 and up! It's nice to read in your comments that so many of you only kissed your one and only, but for all you ladies that had to kiss a lot of frogs in 2007, don't give up - sooner than later you're going to kiss a prince, too!

How Much Do You Think You'll Spend on Makeup in Your Lifetime?

Are you ready for this? A recent poll by UK retailer Superdrug showed that the average woman spends approximately $13,000 on makeup in her lifetime. Does that seem possible? Check out the breakdown below:

The stats:

The results concluded that a woman spends about 20 minutes doing her makeup each day, or approximately 330 days over her lifetime.
According to the study, from the ages of 16 to 65, a woman shops for cosmetics about five times a year. Each time, she spends approximately $39 each time, equaling about $196 a year.
To break it down further, that's about $2,500 on eye shadow, $1,600 on lipstick, and $3,400 on mascara in total.

Does it sound less crazy now, or not so much? How much do you think you spend on cosmetics over the course of a year - let alone your lifetime?

Year-End Poll Results: Fights With the Significant Other

To wrap up our year-end coverage, I'm bringing you the results of one last poll, and it's a doozy: How many fights did you have with your significant other in 2007? When you spend a lot of time with someone, it's inevitable that you're going to fight from time to time, and I happen to think that fighting every once in a while can even make your relationship stronger.

Hilariously, the results on this poll were almost evenly split between two very different choices: "Well over 10 fights - we love the make up sex!" with 26 percent of votes, and "I wouldn't say we fight - we bicker" (24 percent). Twenty two percent said you had two to five fights in 2007. Hey, whatever works for you!

Year-End Poll Results: Sex Partners and One-Night Stands

As the year comes to a close, it's hard, if you're single, not to reflect on how many new sexual partners you had this year. If you're a little wilder, you might have even had a few one-night stands. So as part of my year-end coverage, I decided to pry a little bit and poll you about these topics.

It comes as no surprise to me that DearSugar readers lead healthy but responsible sex lives: 56 percent of you had one to five new partners in 2007, 38 percent had none, and very few people had more than 10 new partners.

As for one-night stands, the overwhelming majority of you (71 percent) didn't have any in 2007, while 20 percent of readers had one to four one-night stands. Are you guys surprised by the results?

Whose Post-American Idol Album Are You Most Interested to Hear?

As I watched all of those sparkling song and dance numbers during the American Idol finale, I couldn't help but remember the good old days when Michael Johns had a shot at winning and Carly Smithson was surely destined for the top three. It was good to see them again!

The producers of the show proclaimed all year long that this was the most talented group on Idol ever. I don't know how much I agree with that, but while watching the finale I realized there were more contestants this year whose albums I would be interested in hearing - and perhaps even spend money on. Despite Brooke White's implosion on the show (starting and stopping her song, etc.) I think she has the potential to make the kind of music I might dig. Does anyone think Chikezie could make an interesting contemporary album? And what about Kristy Lee Cook? Do you see a country album in her future?

Of the this year's top ten, whose album are you most excited to hear?
