Which is Your Favourite Amusing Robbie Video?
Robbie Williams released his new album Reality Killed the Video Star this week, and released the brand new video to his upcoming single "You Know Me" on Friday. The video has him dressed like a rabbit, and it got me thinking about the videos he's made that he doesn't entirely take himself seriously in! Here's four of my favourites — I'd like to know which of them you think is his best!

Beyonce sports a number of revealing outfits in the colourful video, while GaGa's appearance is pretty understated compared to her usual outlandish attire! This morning, I set the record straight on the baking fat known as shortening. Although it's a nice vegan alternative to butter or lard, a number of you are disgusted with its trans fat content. I can relate to both perspectives — although I recently became enamored with the flaky texture it lends to pie crusts, like the one in traditional apple pie.

Would You Buy a TV Quiz Show on DVD?
There's a plethora of quiz shows on TV featuring celebrity panelists and when they're good — like QI or Never Mind the Buzzcocks — they can be very funny. Next week the latter is being released on DVD with a compilation of clips featuring Amy Winehouse, Noel Fielding, Russell Brand, Stephen Fry and the infamous moment when Preston of The Ordinary Boys walked out and they replaced him with a member of the audience. They would make a good Christmas gift for a fan, but I'd like to know if you have or would buy a TV quiz show compilation on DVD?
What Time Do You Like to Train?

I used to be a hardcore 5am up and at 'em runner. It was most convenient for my work schedule at the time and when my training runs got longer, I was able to fit them in during the day and still lead a normal life. Nowadays I've been favoring the end of day runs along the beach to catch the sunset (also the time change/weather have played a part in this).

On Thursday in Los Angeles, Rob Kardashian, from E!'s reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians, was spotted getting a manicure, pedicure and a neck and shoulder massage at a local salon. A lot of men feel that this kind of thing is just for the ladies, but I think it's great when guys groom their hands and toes.
Typically they just go for a buff job instead of getting any colour applied, but it keeps their cuticles and calluses smooth, and it also helps exfoliate their dry, scruffy feet.
