It was Rock week on The X Factor this week, where Lucie Jones looked rather like Kristen Stewart during her performance of "Sweet Child of Mine" and John & Edward divided opinion yet again with their version of "We Will Rock You"! Danyl Johnson's confidence was very obviously knocked by being in the bottom two last week, and his performance was pretty shaky, but the public brought him back. Bon Jovi and JLS performed on tonight's show as we waited for the results, which brought surprisingly bad news for Rachel Adedeji and Lloyd Daniels, who were the bottom two in the public vote after their performances on Saturday.

Love Stuff, a sex toy shop in Hoover, AL, recently filed a challenge to strike down a 1998 law that bans the sale of sex toys. Alas, anyone who wants to buy sex toys in Alabama will have to go elsewhere. The Alabama Supreme Court upheld the state's ban in a 7-2 decision on Friday, arguing against Love Stuff's claim that the ban violated a person's right to sexual privacy.

Before she infamously said anything about gay (or opposite) marriage, beauty queen Carrie Prejean claims that Miss California pageant officials told her to stop mentioning God. In a move that is keeping her name in the headlines, the dethroned Miss California is now suing pageant officials for religious discrimination.
Carrie claims she was fired as Miss California because she voiced her faith-based opinion that gay marriage should not be legal.
