Constant favorite and not nearly seen enough Rachel McAdams was spotted making her way out of Los Angeles at LAX last night. Never let it be said you can't spend time in the sunny California city, be a celebrity, and still live your life mostly free of paparazzi. Just saying. She was showing off a shorter darker do and, thankfully, a smile for the first time we've seen her since October. Speaking of not seeing enough McAdams it's been years since we've gotten her on the big screen but thankfully Married Life is coming up in '08 and we've got The Time Traveler's Wife to look forward to. She may not be making us gush and swoon to an embarrassing degree with Ryan anymore, but still - always - love her.

Rachel McAdams was armed with a notebook on the set of Morning Glory in NYC on Tuesday before breaking out her camera yesterday. The movie centers around morning talk shows and Rachel's already a pro at portraying a journalist after her last film, State of Play. This time she'll be starring with Harrison Ford instead of Russell Crowe as she continues to rack up experience with the biggest actors in Hollywood.

Rachel McAdams Made Matt Lauer Cry

Rachel McAdams had a busy morning as she taped a segment for Jimmy Fallon airing tomorrow and stopped by The Today Show. She's promoting State of Play and talked about being intimidated by Russell Crowe but gushed about Jason Bateman. She also revealed why she chose the movie and spoke a bit about her upcoming project with Harrison Ford called Morning Glory. As usual, Rachel was friendly and upbeat, laughing and teasing Matt Lauer when he revealed he cried watching The Notebook. Check out the videos below.

Ryan and Rachel's Mutual Admiration

While we were sad when Ryan Gosling showed up to the Academy Awards without his gorgeous girlfriend, Rachel in tow, we knew it wasn't because there was trouble brewing. The two may be private about their love, but that doesn't mean they aren't blissfully happy together. Last month, we were lucky enough to hear Rachel gush about her man, Ryan, in the pages of Elle Magazine. This weekend Ryan returned the favor at a press junket for his new film Fracture. Here's more:

"She's kind. She doesn't need any help from me. She's inspired me to do so much as well," Gosling, 26, said Sunday when asked about McAdams's comments.

McAdams, 30, told the magazine's April issue that her beau – and costar in 2004's The Notebook – "never does the same thing twice. He's very brave."

But Gosling, a Best Actor Oscar nominee for Half Nelson, says McAdams has good judgment in her own right: "She's the most discerning person I've ever met. She'll read a script 100 times. She's relentless."

And she's not bad looking, either: Asked to comment on McAdams's cover shot for the magazine, Gosling was momentarily tongue-tied.

"Oh ... yeah ..." he said. "She looks stunning! Absolutely – yeah!"

We certainly think that she always looks fabulous, but we especially love seeing the two of them together. Even looking at older pictures like these just makes us smile! Hopefully with their upcoming movies we'll get a few chances to see them walk the red carpet hand in hand.

Quote of the Day - Ryan Gosling Melts Our Hearts

Ryan Gosling is GQ's cover boy this month to promote his new movie Lars and the Real Girl (more on that later). In the interview he made us love him even more with his ridiculously sweet revelation about his relationship with his ex, Rachel McAdams. He said,

“I mean, God bless The Notebook. It introduced me to one of the great loves of my life. But people do Rachel and me a disservice by assuming we were anything like the people in that movie. Rachel and my love story is a hell of a lot more romantic than that.”

Now if only they would reunite in real life and maybe even on screen to share that amazing love story with the world. It only seems fair to all of us fans who are heartbroken about their breakup. It's a good thing we can keep watching this over and over again to remember the good old days.

Sienna Swaddles Herself in Down Between Takes

Is it just me, or is Sienna channeling a tiny bit of Rachel McAdams cuteness in these photos of her on the set of The Best Time of Our Lives? Maybe it's just the slightly Notebook-esque hair.* While it's still weird to see Sienna as a non-blonde, it's honestly refreshing to see her having so much fun on set, even all bundled up. With Keira about to step into serious gear promoting Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End, I think we'll be seeing a lot of solo Sienna on set. She must be sad to be losing her buddy for a bit.

*Okay, maybe I just miss The Notebook.

Rachel McAdams Takes Her Bike For A Walk

Rachel McAdams was tooling around Toronto with her environmentally friendly bike (yes, still without a helmet) over the weekend. The Canadian native is in town gearing up to start filming The Time Traveler's Wife with Eric Bana (yay). It's been since 2005's The Family Stone that we've gotten to see Rachel on the big screen so I'm excited that she's got three movies in the works now, including the appropriately titled The Return coming out in December. Who knows, maybe one of these movies will join her current classics like Mean Girls and The Notebook in the hearts of young women everywhere. Love her.

Ocean's Thirteen: They're Just Like Us Edition

Everyone's psyched for Ocean's Thirteen, even Time Magazine, which got an exclusive interview with George, Brad, Matt and Ellen while they were promoting the film at Cannes. We just can't get enough of these guys, and Ellen too who holds her own in the interview especially when they start talking about their favorite actors. Here's more:

CLOONEY: I like Clive Owen a lot. Did you see Children of Men?
DAMON: That was my favorite movie last year.
CLOONEY: Me too.
DAMON: One of the most underrated actors right now as a leading man is Christian Bale. He turned in two great performances last year. He was great in The Prestige, and he was great in this movie called Harsh Times.
BARKIN: I like the very young Ryan Gosling.
CLOONEY: That couple-he goes out with Rachel McAdams ...
BARKIN: Splitsville. Don't you read Us?
CLOONEY: Well, those were two of the most talented young actors I've seen in a long time.
They're not dead.
BARKIN: And they should never have broken up-just for the sake of their careers.

Love it! Sounds like George is as big a fan as we are of The Notebook and that talented couple we love so much. May we suggest some cameos in Ocean's 14 perhaps?
