Animal print has taken a more literal turn this season as tiger face tops have popped up all over the High Street. Fun pictures of the mammal are appearing in bright colours are artistic prints. The style is great for casual days.

I like the long sleeve style by Lauren Moshi (£98). I also the rainbow colours on ASOS' tee (£65). Will you be wearing a tiger face top this Autumn?

Wow - sisilia looks like she's posing for a photo shoot. Her photography skills are amazing, but I Iove her dress even more! This modern-day rainbow bright is positively glowing in her racy, bohemian-inspired dress. Wish I could see what shoes she has on to go with that fabulous dress.

New Sleek LaCie Hard Drives Designed by Philippe Starck

By teaming up with world renowned designer Philippe Starck, LaCie was able to create this new collection of drives which incorporate Starck's iconic design philosophy.

What's unique about the desktop hard drive is its touch-sensitive surface, which you can pre-program to open an application of your choice. So say you want to quickly show off videos on your drive, you can press your finger on the front panel and it will instantly pull up the folder with your video files (or launch iTunes). Both the desktop and the mobile drives are made from aluminum, which makes them nice and durable. They are also both Mac and PC friendly, will easily connect to your laptop's USB port and feature a built-in desktop manager, for quick drive formatting and customization. And best of all, the desktop drive is available in 1TB and 2TB capacities and only costs $130, while the mobile drive is available in 320GB and 500GB capacities for only $100. . . That's one heck of a deal.

The Day the Cookie Crumbled

There are some magazines that define a generation. Good Housekeeping has been a long time friend of baby booming moms as the articles deem certain toys or household gadgets acceptable with their seal of approval. Parenting gives fabulous tips on breastfeeding, play dates and other mom dilemmas while Fit Pregnancy gets mothers-to-be ready for those same activities. When Cookie entered the baby and parenting category four years ago, savvy and hip mums signed up for the Condé Nast rag expecting the best of the best motherhood coverage. And for the most part, that's what they got.

The bright publication offers mums a rainbow of treats from interviews with pop culture's famous mothers to the trendtotting looks of tomorrow and vacation hot spots. Unfortunately the magazine has seen better days and will be closing its doors along with some other Condé staples. The absence of the digest will leave many a mom wondering where to turn for contemporary and chic bebe products and tips. Since Cookie clearly won't be the title to carry the Gen-Moms through motherhood, which publication will you turn to?

When I knocked on the door of Laurel's home, I knew I was in for a treat. Laurel, a visual artist who works in low-relief wall pieces, bought her two-bedroom, one-bath 1928 Craftsman home from her grandparents five years ago. Since then, the space has been extensively renovated and personalized. Laurel says, "I want people with really different aesthetics and visions to find some humor in my home and to be inspired by it." To come along on a colorful home tour, check out the slideshow.
