David Duchovny has checked into rehab to get treatment for sex addiction. His rep released a statement from Duchovny saying, "I have voluntarily entered a facility for the treatment of sex addiction. Fab Flash: Eva Mendes Signs Second Calvin Klein Deal

If Kate Moss was not enough proof that going to rehab can improve your career then maybe Eva Mendes will convince you. Following her completion of a brief stint in rehab, Eva has landed herself a second Calvin Klein deal. The first (secured before rehab) as the face of their fragrance campaign and now a second as the CK underwear model. Tom Murry, president and chief operating officer of Calvin Klein Inc spoke to WWD asking if rehab had an impact on their decision,

"No, it has not. We were already in one [fragrance] campaign when it [rehab] occurred and it did not affect our decision-making for the underwear campaign."

Eva will replace Natalia Vodianova, who was the face of Calvin Klein Underwear in 2007. Both of Eva's ad campaigns will be revealed later this year.

United Nations Says Stop Being Soft on Celebrity Drug Users

It's common knowledge that drug use often goes hand in hand with the celebrity lifestyle. Countless famous abusers check in to rehab, or even sing about it. Pictures of celebrity junkies using drugs are widely available in magazines or on the internet. But, is public airing of celebrities' habits too small a price to pay for breaking the law?

The UN's International Narcotics Control Board (INCB) thinks celebrity abusers are getting off too easily when it comes to criminal sentencing. In its annual report, the INCB maintains that when celebrities glamorize a drug-related lifestyle, it influences the youth, a group most vulnerable to celebrity culture.

The INCB is warning countries against disproportionately targeting low-level offenders. Instead, countries should go after high-profile users, as well as the criminal gangs fueling the drug trade.

Amy Cleans Her Mouth Out Ahead of Grammy Awards

Amy Winehouse gave us a little glimpse of her teeth as she left a dentist in London today, which might be the first in a long line of beauty preparations Amy will be making ahead of her live satellite link up for the Grammy Awards in LA this Sunday.

Following the announcement yesterday that she would not be able travel to the US to perform in person, Amy has spoken out today about her delight at being invited to perform live via satellite. She said:

"I'm raring to go and really excited to be performing at my first Grammy Awards ... I'd like to thank everyone for their support over the last couple of weeks. I'm really sorry I can't be there but I appreciate that I'm being given a second chance via satellite."

Her spokesman said the satellite link would continue throughout the show so that Amy could say thank you if she wins any of the six awards she's up for, including Song of the Year for "Rehab". Speaking of which, Amy will return to the Capio Nightingale Hospital after the ceremony to continue her treatment. Fingers crossed her brief stint away from the clinic won't set her back on her recovery. Fingers crossed also that this performance will be more impressive than her recent shambolic shows.

UPDATE: People reports that Amy Winehouse has been granted a visa by the US government now, but it's a case of too little too late. Due to difficulties with flight timings, she will go ahead with the planned performance via satellite.

Lindsay Goes From Long Island To Utah Rehab

Lindsay supposedly turned up in Long Island this weekend according to the NY Post who claimed she was home with mom, grandma and her siblings. Dina made a short statement that said, "She's doing well." Now ET is reporting she is at the Cirque Lodge drug and alcohol rehab facility in Sundance, Utah. This was the same place MK and David Hasselhoff spent thousands to get better. Who knows where LL really is but we do know she is due back in court on August 24th to face her DUI charges. As always, stay tuned for the latest LL drama which we hope remains quiet assuming she is actually working on getting clean and healthy.

In the meantime, we're still staring at these Elle photos. Bella wants to know if you still turn to LL for hair and makeup cues.
