Enter into the world of Rihanna. Since 2005, the Barbadian beauty caught my attention with her catchy songs, and even more so, her megawatt style. When Rihanna first hit the scene, she stayed within the sexy singer realm via colorful body-con frocks and separates. As the years went along, she took a turn towards high fashion. After attending numerous runway shows, Rihanna developed an edgier sense of dressing - who can forget those star shaped pasties - and started donning clothes and accessories from the likes of Chanel, Alexander Wang, and Rodarte, to name a few. Despite a tough year, the songstress continues to impress me with her daring in-your-face ensembles and experimental hairdos. Let's take a look at Rihanna's astounding fashion metamorphosis.

Rihanna, Lindsay, Orlando, and Even Adrian Focus on Fashion

Rihanna arrived in Paris on Tuesday, and she threw herself right into the Fashion Week madness by attending the Gareth Pugh show yesterday in one of his rather revealing striped dresses. The edgy designer brought Adrian Grenier, who was there to see Gareth's zombie-inspired collection. Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr took a break from strolling and shopping for today's Balenciaga show, where she actually hit the runway. Rihanna was also out and about today, while elsewhere in Paris, Lindsay continued her shopping tour of the city.

Rihanna and Katy Keep the Paris FW Seats Filled

Paris Fashion Week rolled into the weekend and continued to draw a star-studded crowd to the runways. Katy Perry showcased a handful of looks while Rihanna kept her all-black streak. The girls checked out Jean-Paul Gaultier on Saturday and Karl Lagerfeld earlier today although they split up for the Sunday shows. Mary-Kate Olsen and her boyfriend Nate went to the Giambattista Valli Pret a Porter runway this morning while Gwyneth Paltrow, who wore ankle length jeans, flew in from London to support her good friend Stella McCartney. The city is still full of celebrities flocking to check out the latest fashions although not all shows are getting great reviews.

Fashionable Celebrities Stop Everything For Chanel in Paris

After last night's festivities the stars attending Paris Fashion Week headed over to the Chanel Pret a Porter show this morning. Rihanna kept her hands warm in a Chanel muff as buzz continues about her possible relationship with Justin Timberlake. Lily Allen performed to the star-studded crowd with models miming backup vocals. Claudia Schiffer and Prince were among the celebrities who came to check out Karl Lagerfeld's dazzling runway and you can click here to see the new collection.

Rihanna Sticks With What Works in Paris

Rihanna continued making the rounds at Paris Fashion Week today, stepping out to catch the Dior and Vivienne Westwood shows this afternoon. She was out yesterday to see Balmain, though she was 30 minutes late, and the day before was devoted to Gareth Pugh. She seems to be keeping things consistent while her string of all-black outfits, which is quite a contrast from the array of colors we see Rih sporting when she's out and about in NYC.

Fashion's Night Out Succeeds With Tons of Stars and Parties!

Manhattan was buzzing last night with all the excitement of Fashion's Night Out. It was an amazing way to help kick off New York Fashion Week across the city. Celebrities were out in full force to support the event, holding court at different stores while fans and press mingled, shopped, and spotted the well-dressed stars. Anna Wintour bounced between locations posing with her fashion-icon friends like Charlize Theron, Kate Hudson, and Sienna Miller. The Miller sisters were the guests of honor at the Intermix boutique, while Lindsay Lohan hit up Bloomingdales. Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were surrounded by crazy security - maybe the most of anyone - for their appearance at Barney's. Meanwhile, Victoria Beckham was incredibly gracious despite the crowd at Bergdorf Goodman, posing with fans and pouting for cameras.

Nicky Hilton and Rachel Zoe were a vision together at the Bally party, while Sarah Jessica Parker laughed with Oscar de la Renta and Barbara Walters at Oscar's boutique. Charlize Theron signed copies of her Vogue September issue while Rihanna sauntered into events with all eyes on her daring black outfit, and Blake Lively held down the preppy front at Ralph Lauren. Lily and Prince Are the Star Attractions at Karl's Chanel Show

Lily Allen was the surprise performer at Karl Lagerfeld's Chanel show at Paris Fashion Week today, appearing out of a trapdoor thanks to some clever staging and wowing guests such as Prince, Sean Lennon and Rihanna as models walked around her. Karl's fashion shows are always something pretty spectacular and this was obviously no different as Lily belted out "Not Fair" for the fashionistas! With models miming backing vocals and dancing it certainly looks like the most fun show of Paris Fashion Week!

Love It or Hate It? Rihanna's Fashion Rocks Look

For Rihanna, it's all about bringing the focus upward - seriously check out her dramatic hair and eyes. Always one take a risk, the songstress pumps up the volume with a very fresh asymmetrical pompadour. Her darkly lined eyes and multi-brown shadows complete the look. I especially appreciate the ombre effect of her eye shadows, it elongates her eyes and, once again, brings the attention upward. How are you liking her sky-high style?

Stars Sparkle, Burn and Sing at the American Music Awards

The stars of last night's American Music Awards hit the red carpet before heading inside LA's Nokia Theatre for the main event. Janet Jackson kicked things off with an energetic eight minute performance, and the evening's first award then went to the Black Eyed Peas. The Black Eyed Peas went on to take the stage to do "Boom Boom Pow" with a special Nirvana twist. The show went on with performances from Carrie Underwood and Shakira, as well as from Jay-Z and Alicia Keys with "Empire State of Mind." Unfortunately not everyone stayed on their feet - both Jennifer Lopez and Adam Lambert took tumbles while singing.

There were other memorable performances, from Lady Gaga, Rihanna, and not to mention Whitney Houston's return to the stage before she received the International Award of Excellence. Jennifer Lopez had a beaming Marc Anthony in the crowd as she debuted her new single and showed off those customized Louboutins. Michael Jackson won multiple awards, and his brother Jermaine took the stage to accept the award on behalf of their family. Taylor Swift took home the most statues, though she wasn't there and the upset of the night might have to go to Gloriana who won breakthrough artist - make sure to check out the full list of winners. Kate Hudson joined her Nine costars Fergie and Nicole Kidman, though Kate did have a chance to share a special moment with Alex Rodriguez.
