Do You Have Water Access at Your Home?
While I'll reluctantly jump in a pool if need be, my favorite spot to be in the Summer is at a lake. Luckily, my mom's house has access to a secluded beach just a short walk away from her home, so I'm always kayaking or swimming on a Summer visit to her house. Do you have access to water at your home?

I usually listen to my iPod to get pumped up for a run, but sometimes I don't feel like huffing and puffing and getting all sweaty. Plus it takes a lot of energy to fully exert my body like that, so when my energy is low, I like to take my time and go for a nice long walk along the water. Not only is it great exercise, but it gives me a chance to be alone with my thoughts and really appreciate the gorgeous surroundings.

Sneak Preview: River Island Spring 2010
Earlier this week, I was lucky enough to get a sneak preview in to the new year Spring collection for River Island. The pieces reminded me why I love Spring so much with plenty of bright colours and beautiful embellishment. For Spring River Island have included a lot of statement jackets (which I'm already lusting after) and, as usual, amazing heels.

Last night, River Island hosted an event at their Oxford Street flagship and boy do they know how to party! It was held to mark the launch of their T's for the Trust range which is a collection of t-shirts for the Princes' Trust designed by celebrities. Alesha Dixon and Pixie Lott, who have both designed pieces channeling their own style, were at the party posing in their respective creations.

Keri Russell, cutie son River and her husband Shane Deary were out and about for a sunny Sunday afternoon walk in Brooklyn. River still has his flowing long hair just like daddy while Keri and Shane were matching in their t-shirts and jeans. Keri's cuffed denim and loose top are a uniform these days — looks like her little one is taking after his parents already.

River's Hair Gets the Attention in the Russell-Deary Family Now
Keri Russell spent her long weekend at home in NYC with her two-year-old son River. They joined up with some friends for a visit to the park, where River rocked some orange Crocs and let his long hair fly free. Pretty soon River will be able to match his dad Shane in the ponytail department, but Keri kept her own famous locks covered up with a straw hat.
Keri and River Flow Right Into LA
Keri Russell arrived at LAX with River yesterday, and the little guy was eager to start pointing at all the sights. Looks like River is already growing out his hair just like daddy. River is no stranger to joining his mom on set like he did last year when she was making Bedtime Stories and she has new projects lined up if he's in for the fun again.
