With Spring upon us, Spring collections have been blooming left and right. The latest one to pop up is Loomstate For Target's Spring '09 line for men and women. The affordable retailer teamed up with Scott Mackinlay Hahn and CFDA award winner Rogan Gregory — who's no stranger to Target collaborations — to deliver an edgy and eco-friendly line that uses 100-percent certified organic cotton.

Funny, just yesterday, when I was preparing to speak on a panel about sustainable fashion, I was talking about how Target should do an eco line. The fashion gods were listening because I woke up to the news that designer Gregory Rogan is once again teaming up with Target and this time with his Loomstate line.
Launching just before Earth Day, April 19 to be exact, Loomstate for Target line will offer environmentally friendly goods for women and men.

It's no secret I'm in love with the diffusion lines at Target. And it's definitely no secret that I love a sale. So when those inexpensive designer goods get even cheaper, I pounce like a jackal in the wild.

Designer Rogan Gregory debuted his new line for Target at Barneys in LA last night and had plenty of beautiful ladies on hand to help him celebrate. Rachel Bilson showed of her cute as usual style — get her look here — as she cozied up to the designer. Her fellow stars of the small screen went for more color, from Whitney's sweet pink top to Becki Newton's sassy blue mini dress.

This one is for all you eco-fiends out there: Rogan Gregory has been tapped as the latest designer for Target's GO International.
Gregory, a former Gap designer who won the prestigious CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Award for 2008, helms three labels: ethical T-shirt label EDUN which he runs with Bono's wife Ali Hewson, Loomstate, an all-organic line of t-shirts and jeans, and his own edgier line Rogan.
