After a big weekend in celebrity baby news, we're getting even more goodness with a peek at Salma Hayek's adorable Valentina. Salma took her newborn out for an LA shopping stroll and as expected this baby is spectacularly dressed. She already has designer Bottega Veneta baby shoes! We're still waiting to hear details about her upcoming wedding, but first Salma is ready to get back to work. She's just signed on to play the Bearded Lady in Cirque du Freak. It's hard for us to imagine gorgeous Salma with a beard, but luckily she's got motherhood to keep her femininity in check.

Salma Hayek Has A Baby Girl!

Salma Hayek shocked us with her pregnancy news earlier this year and now her baby has finally arrived. The little girl's name is Valentina Paloma Pinault. TMZ reported the news that includes a statement from her publicist saying, "Mother and child are doing well." Congrats to Salma and her fiancé Francois-Henri Pinault. We can't wait to see the designer duds on this child!

Salma Hayek Breastfeeds Sick Baby on UNICEF Trip

One child around the world dies every three minutes from a completely preventable illness - tetanus. A recent ABC news report followed actress and producer Salma Hayek to Africa on a UNICEF mission to raise awareness for tetanus in partnership with Pampers. Salma stood bedside with a young mother as her seven-day-old daughter, Fatima, took her last breath. Had the woman be given a vaccine that costs just seven cents while pregnant, the newborn's life would have been spared.

At another clinic, Salma was so moved by a sick one-week-old born on the same date as her own daughter, Valentina, 1, that she picked up the hungry child and nursed him.

Salma Hayek had an all girls shopping trip with her daughter Valentina and her mom Diana in LA yesterday. Salma has seemed perfectly happy with her busy life since her split with fiancé Francois-Henri Pinault, but apparently there's no bad blood between the two who were recently spotted together on friendly terms. Clearly little Valentina has plenty of strong women to look up to as role models, and her mommy is even going to get recognized for it - Salma will be one of Elle magazine's eight honorees at the 15th Annual Women in Hollywood Tribute next month.

Salma Hayek is known for her sexy curves but it turns out some of them might not be going away anytime soon. The actress, who was spotted in NYC with baby Valentina last night, has been happily breastfeeding for the past 14 months. Salma recently revealed she doesn't know when she will be able to stop. She said:

“I’m like an alcoholic. It’s like, I don’t care if I cry, I don’t care if I’m fat, I’m just gonna do it for one more week, one more month, and then, when I see how much good it is doing her, I can’t stop. Eet’s a very powerful thing you know.”

Salma's had a hard time keeping her girls safely under cover which might be part of the reason her baby daddy has a hard time keeping his hands off this sexy mama.
