I am loving that Fall is in full force. The cooler air makes running and hiking much more pleasant, and the crispness is getting me excited for skiing and snowshoeing. I adore the change of seasons because it helps keep my fitness routine exciting.

I used to think Summer was the most relaxing season of them all, but I am beginning to change my mind. While I used to think it was easier to fit in more workouts, there is vacationing to be done, BBQs to attend, and camps to get the girls to.
